Police charge 28-year-old man with murder in Logan

A 28-year-old man has faced court today charged with murder, after a body was found in a park south of Brisbane last week.

00:11Daniel Roger Ramsey did not appear in the Beanley Magistrates Court. He was taken into custody yesterday and charged.

00:18A brief of evidence was ordered for September the 22nd and a committal date set for October the 1st.

00:2429-year-old Trevor Doyle was found dead with injuries at Reserve Park in the Logan suburb of Slacks Creek on Wednesday morning.

00:32Ramsey faces a murder charge, domestic violence charges and drug charges. He was remanded in custody.
