00:09De Lima requested Justice Secretary Boying Remulia on Thursday, August 14, to initiate a formal administrative probe against the following prosecutors for alleged grave misconduct and gross ignorance of the law.
00:20The 10 prosecutors filed a motion for reconsideration against De Lima's latest acquittal from the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court.
00:30However, it did not have the signature of Prosecutor General Richard Fadulion, which she confirmed to Rappler.
00:36The motion was later withdrawn per Remulia's instructions.
