Carpio questions release of tax records, seeks judicial review

Lawyer Manases "Mans" Carpio, husband of Vice President Sara Duterte, stated that the authorization allowing the release of their income tax records raises legal questions that warrant judicial review.

Carpio affirmed that while they will comply with lawful processes, the Senate Impeachment Court must ultimately determine the evidential value and admissibility of the submitted documents.
