In Dwarka, Delhi, right opposite IP University, this is the scene you’ll find every evening… Someone comes here daily in the evening and leaves food like this for the stray dogs.   Whether it’s past governments, the current one, or any civic body — why has no concrete action ever been taken on the matter of stray dogs? Because the Supreme Court itself had to step in and take a strict stand on the issue of stray dogs, which in itself is a big deal.
