00:00Bristol City's Adam Randall has said that he and the rest of his squad are feeling confident at the start of the season.
00:08Very positive. I think the lads are feeling confident and we're showing that out there.

00:15And that's two wins from two games quite early in the season and relatively close together as well.
00:20How is the confidence in the group?
00:21It's massive, yeah. Obviously momentum's a big thing in football and it's something that we've been working on.
00:26It's something that we're trying to drill into ourselves and become a hard team to beat.
00:28And I think that's exactly what we're doing at the moment.
00:31And there was a lot of rotation in the squad tonight and substitutes introduced in that second half.
00:35What is that saying about the strength and depth in this team?
00:37It's a very strong squad. It's very strong.
00:40And yeah, the lads can come in from not playing and do a very good job as they showed tonight.
00:45I think everyone impressed. Everyone played well. Everyone was solid.
00:48And yeah, no, really pleased for everyone involved.
00:51And for you, your first outing here at Ashton Gate in front of the City fans.
00:54How was your experience?
00:55Loved it. Loved every second of it. Yeah, it was brilliant.
00:57I loved playing in front of the home crowd.
01:00They're always getting behind you and singing nice and loud.
01:02So yeah, really enjoyed it.
01:03And early on in the season, games are coming thick and fast already.
01:06And we've got another opportunity now on Saturday against Charlton.
01:09An opportunity to keep this good start going.
01:11Absolutely, yeah. We're looking for three points and nothing less.
01:14And Bristol Rovers head coach Darryl Clark has made clear of his hopes for further incomings into the gas before the end of the transfer window and made clear that the squad needs a further injection of new quality to help it progress.
01:29Well, let's hope so, because we need them, don't we?
01:32It's there for all to see.
01:33You know, obviously, we've had a window.
01:36There's always going to be a bit of a transfer window like this, as in to say, because when you get relegated, there has to be a sensibility on your costs and cover your costs.
01:44And we've had to sell a couple of players, which is then going to enable us to invest in other areas of the squad.
01:51So with that, you have to be patient.
01:53But you also have to make sure that you get players better than the ones we've got in the building.
01:58You know, I don't want squad players coming in.
02:00I certainly don't need that.
02:02I need players that are going to be coming in into the XI to make us a lot stronger.
02:06And we will get stronger.
02:07It's painful at the minute.
