00:00Greg, on Roman Anthony, how did that contract negotiation progress?

00:04When did you think you guys were close,

00:06and what do you think it says about the organization that it's done?

00:11I think there was the initial reaction to sending the offer over,

00:18which I think was surprise as much as it was maybe excitement or optimism,

00:22just given the timing.

00:25But I want to give a ton of credit to Roman and his family

00:29and his agent, Mark Rogers, for being open-minded

00:33and willing to work through it.

00:34But it really wasn't until the day that we got it done,

00:37which I think was Tuesday or Wednesday,

00:40that we felt like there really was a path to a deal.

00:44I think it's a great moment for the organization, Roman.

00:49It's someone that we believe strongly in.

00:51It is going to be a cornerstone player for us for the next decade.

00:56And I think the ownership deserves a ton of praise for their willingness

01:03to support this and move aggressively.

01:05And the rest of the front office and the coaching staff

01:08will obviously have made a strong impression on Roman and his family

01:11such that he wanted to be here,

01:13and he wanted to sign this deal at this time.

01:15So let's do it.
