00:12Yeah. I mean, I think that we're still trying to figure out two things. Number one, about what the market looks like, how much it costs in these trades. And yesterday, all we had to go with the relievers and everyone was freaking out about how much relievers cost. Well, sorry, everybody. That's the cost of doing business, especially for Duran, who still has years of control. So if you want to win, you got to do that.
00:37And then today, you finally get a starter off the board and you get Shane Bieber. And it's okay. You know, what did it cost to get Shane Bieber? And probably what it cost for the Red Sox was something along the lines of, you know, I top pitching prospects. It's not named Peyton Tully, which again, cost of doing business. I would have done that deal with the Red Sox. I like Bieber. I like what he's done in terms of his health. I like what he represents.
01:03You kind of hit the sweet spot, maybe like you did with Schwarber a few years ago, get him a little bit cheaper because he's coming off injury. But so that's all we have to go by. And what we do know right now is that the starters are, you know, Arizona's asking for a lot, obviously. A lot of the Miami's asking for a lot for a contract. All these teams are asking for a lot, but that doesn't mean you can't get them.
01:28I think all these starters are attainable. And I'll say this too. I think that I wouldn't be surprised if they'd make another run at Joe Ryan. Now, will it get them anywhere? Probably not.
01:37But I think that their mindset is, I'll give them credit, man. Like I said that from the outset. Like, I think that they are more motivated to do deals more than in the years past and certainly in recent years.
01:52Whether that yields anything, I don't know. But I do think they're more motivated. And how we know that, the glimmer of stuff that we have, you have them going after Suarez, missing out on him, fine.
02:05And you have these other examples. But I wouldn't be surprised still if you have a deadline where you actually get more notable players than Lucas Sims and Luis Garcia and Danny Jansen and whoever.
