Tom Homan Guarantees More Deportations Out Of Washington, DC After Trump Takeover

Border Czar Tom Homan spoke about deportations out of Washington, DC while speaking with reporters.

00:00Any updates on any raids or deportation efforts here in D.C. while your men are out on the street here?

00:10We're going to see more deportations come out of Washington, D.C. than you've seen in the past.

00:14Can you confirm how many states are working with, right now, to create migrant detention facilities similar to the one we've seen in Florida?

00:22Several are being worked on, but I won't name them until we actually have an agreement on it,

00:27but there's several states that have kept up wanting to assist.

00:30And that's really a question for the secretary who's handling that, but we'll see.

00:34We'll see what states come through, but I applaud the states stepping forward.

00:37This has been a state issue, too.

00:41The value administration did the last four years.

00:43It was terrible.

00:43It was a lot of millions of people in this country not property vetted, so the states are taking it.

00:48They care about public safety, too.

00:50I'm not saying every illegal animal is a public safety threat, but many are, and the states are taking it seriously, so I'm glad to step in.
