00:00For whatever reason, it's like people say he's had a bad career.
00:02It's like he's he's had this kind of steady, you know, perennial rider, cupper, solid career.
00:09But you're looking back at the level he's still playing at now, you know, play off with Rory at the Masters.
00:16And just really, I think the most impressive thing is a commitment to the grind.
00:20And, you know, a lot of guys his age are like, all right, let's go ahead and get ready for champs tour.
00:25You know, let's kind of write up. And he's still there every single week.
00:29You know, I know that the full resume this year, I mean, he missed cuts, I think, at U.S. Open and PGA.
00:36But the Masters finished. I think he was maybe top 20. I have to go look at it for the Open Championship.
00:40But to play that level of golf at this age and keep grinding for it, I think it's a phenomenal accomplishment that we should probably give more kudos to.
00:50Well, I even go back to the beginning of live golf when it started.
00:54He very easily could have could have made that justice.
00:57You know, he's a player that had a lot of friends go and play on on the live golf tour.
01:02And he ultimately decided that he still had some good golf left to play.
01:07You know, does he does he get the opportunity to play in the Masters this past year and have an opportunity to be in a playoff playing against Rory McIlroy to win a green jacket?
01:17But who knows if he has that opportunity, if he goes to live golf tour.
01:20So Justin Rose bet on himself.
01:22He bet on what he felt like could be a second half of his his career, that that he can milk a lot of talent or the end of this talent that he has.
01:33And I like what he said in his interview, too.
01:36He said, you know, sometimes I don't need to look at what my age is and know that my body still does move well.
01:42I still hit it far enough.
01:43I still do everything to a level that that can win out here.
01:47So he still has that belief.
01:49And there's there's no reason why that this guy can't go out and still pick off a major next year.
01:55He's he's he's that good.
01:57And he's going to be a problem at the Ryder Cup.
