00:27The proposed budget is equivalent to 22% of gross domestic product,
00:33which is 7.4% higher than this year's P6.326 Trillion NEP.
00:40In his budget message, the President said that while the administration continues to pursue its desired economic transformation,
00:47he said that it is now time to focus on the needs of the people.
00:52Marcos is confident that the Philippines is on track with its agenda for prosperity
00:56and poised to be a leader among nations, especially in the Asia-Pacific region.
