01:00Actually, for the record, Mr. President, I'm getting a lot of texts from the media on the designation of the BICAM Conference Committee members.
01:07May we just put on record, since they're listening today, those members are the Vice Chair, Vice Chairman and women of the different committees or the different subcommittees that handled the budget, Mr. President.
01:20It was not a choice by any one of us. It wasn't because of special privilege or special favor.
01:29That was all the members that were listed there are the members of the subcommittee, they were subcommittee chairmen and vice chairman of Senator Win.
01:37It is incumbent upon the Senate President to designate the chairman and vice chairman of the Committee on Finance.
