He is now recognized as a heavyweight champion of the world by WCW, and I predict tonight that Scott Steiner is going to be the new heavyweight champion of the world.

00:08:14It was Kidman, one half of the world tag team champs against his tag team partner and cruiserweight champ Ray Mysterio Jr.
00:08:20And it was for the cruiserweight strap.
00:08:22This was a match that went outside and inside and Kidman really pushed his partner and the champion to the limit.
00:08:29But in the end, it was Ray Mysterio Jr. with a variety of moves.
00:08:32The bulldog off the top.
00:08:33The big Larry from the top rope springboard.
00:08:35And then as Kidman tried to come back later in the match, Ray Jr. retained the cruiserweight belt.
00:08:42And also last night at Spring Stampede,
00:08:45Jumatut Guerrera defeated Blitzkrieg in her opening bout.
00:08:49And by virtue of his win over Blitzkrieg, Jumatut Guerrera gets a shot at Ray Mysterio Jr. tonight.
00:08:56There's a cruiserweight strap and that match is happening right now here on Monday Nitro there, Weasel.

00:09:02They both had a heck of a tough match last night.
00:09:05Ubin Toot and also Ray Mysterio.
00:09:07So, uh, you can't really judge by that as kind of a jump ball for tonight.

00:09:24It was a very interesting matchup last night with Ray Jr. and Kidman.
00:09:29First time ever that world tag team champions had vied against each other for another title.
00:09:36And it came out with Ray Jr. defeating Kidman in another sensational match.

00:09:43What an electrifying division the cruiserweight division has been in professional wrestling.

00:12:54I remember last night you and Tanay were talking how you enjoyed the match with Ray Mysterio and Kidman.

00:13:22And for a moment, you forgot that they were tag team partners last night.
00:13:26That's what it's about going for a title in professional wrestling and running over here, Ray Jr. at Ubuntu, who would enjoy showing Ray up here.

00:22:01i can beat you all those other times goldberg he's never had to step in the ring with a real

00:23:09ring yeah that happened last night there was even a ladder in the ring and yes there was a
00:23:13trash can or two on the back of the head a guy got fielded to a ladder i repeat fielded to a ladder
00:23:20in the groin up against a safety rail which was in the ring and bigelow survived this thing
00:23:26the young kid did not that all happened last night ladies and gentlemen at spring stampede
00:23:32that was the darndest thing i ever witnessed last night i saw everything in that match and this is
00:23:36the truth except the kitchen sink everything else was in there so bigelow and hack and i guess
00:23:49it's hard to say in a match like that if you can establish yourself mr hardcore wcw
00:23:54but i really think bigelow took uh giant strides to that end there we well you're right about that
00:24:01but you also have to give an awful lot of credit to he came out wrapped in bob wire he took it to
00:24:06bigelow it wasn't a matter who was more who had more finesse in wrestling it was a matter of
00:24:11finesse there was no finesse no not at all it was just a matter who had the biggest ball band who had
00:24:18the bigger's ladder yes and now ladies and gentlemen for your viewing pleasure tonight
00:24:25because you just can't get enough of this stuff we're gonna bring out a kendo stick match and uh
00:24:34hugh marsh and jimmy hart hugh marsh has that kendo stick and here comes bam bam bigelow
00:24:41yes they're gonna take those kendo sticks and bludgeon each other for the next 10 minutes or so

00:25:29rightfully so mr extreme king of hardcore in wcw you know maybe bam bam isn't
00:25:35sure what a kendo stick looks like maybe he thinks he's got to take a table apart and build one
00:25:39first bigelow screaming in the back and he said you know can i prove last night and i overheard this
00:25:45kind of listening uh listening to you kind of eavesdropping on bigelow and he was talking to
00:25:50some of the wrestlers some of his friends oh that's so much for the kendo sticks i'm going to get to
00:25:56that point in a moment because these two big guys are going out of here with a slam oh and he's going
00:26:02upstairs man that was a chore watching him get up top that time and he missed coming down
00:26:15i don't think he'll try that again come on break out the tables and the chairs yeah i mean there's
00:26:21there's been one kendo stick whack and that's been all now humor is going to show him how to do the
00:26:25moonsault and he missed two so we got a stalemate with the kendo sticks and with the moonsaults and
00:26:32the two big behemoths come back up and slugging away down go down goes big alone down goes humorous
00:26:39both about the same size i would say bam bam's got a few extra pounds on him a little more ring
00:26:45experience but oh bigelow went for a kendo stick and jimmy hart grabbed it away humorous got one and he got
00:26:52laid out that time by bigelow on a running lariat anyway bigelow was screaming out to the top of
00:26:58his lungs i know some promoters and championship committee members could hear he said i need to be
00:27:03i need to be considered the champion of hardcore the champion of extreme i need my own belt here's what
00:27:09what he was saying well after what he did last night he deserves it imagine what a they extreme a
00:27:18hardcore belt would look like this is wonderful isn't this wonderful this is we love the furniture fans
00:27:31come on jimmy pick up that stick and lock somebody with it come on jimmy get off the right stay out of
