00:25President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. says initial findings on the country's flood control projects are disturbing.
00:33The president personally presented red flags this morning, revealing that out of 9,885 projects worth 545 billion pesos in the past three years, 60.91 percent have no specifications, making it impossible to determine if they were built, repaired or rehabilitated.
