00:00Thank you
00:30A very good evening after the legends of yesteryear yesterday.
00:44It's back to us mere mortals tonight.
00:46Scott Allen and Michael Stewart with us
00:48as we kick off the next 50 years of sports scene.
00:51We start at Tannadice, Howard Hart of Midlothian fare
00:55against the Dundee United side who produced European Heroics midweek.
01:00Sapsford makes a great run and they cut back!
01:15And the equaliser, what a moment!
01:17It's a great clearance but it will be fired in at the second attempt.
01:26Sapsford for Dundee United for the snapshot!
01:30It's one magnificent result for Dundee United!
01:33The early season good vibes are alive and well for these two clubs.
01:40United's heroic draw in Vienna on Thursday
01:42has set up a blockbuster return in midweek
01:45while Derek McInnes' new-look hearts have reeled off five straight wins
01:49to start the season while conceding just once.
01:52Jim Goodwin has not had his troubles to seek already in terms of injuries.
01:55Isaac Papo came off the other night with a knee issue
01:57and Will Ferry through suspension and Max Waters because of illness
02:01also missed out today.
02:0218-year-old Owen Sturton comes in along with Miller-Thompson and Ivan Dolceic.
02:07Christian Borkrevinck will be sidelined for a few weeks with a thigh issue
02:10which means opportunity for Alan Forrest at right wing-back.
02:13The rest are the same as the Hearts win over Aberdeen.
02:15Siewold has come a long way.
02:22Mazzadde United back from Vienna
02:24after a fantastic draw in the Conference League on Thursday night.
02:31Looking for their first league win of the season
02:33after opening with that 2-0 draw at Falkirk.
02:36And here's Vichko Chavé.
02:40Mazzander Clark had to keep a watchful eye over that one.
02:45Fairly straight.
02:47But it dipped horribly in front of the Hearts keeper.
02:53Frankie Kent.
02:55Striding forwards.
02:58Lays it to Forrest.
03:01Dangerous ball and Braga.
03:03With a firm header.
03:07And if that was a fraction either side of Kusharenko.
03:09Hearts were 1-0 up.
03:12Expertly timed run.
03:13Just can't find the finishing touch.
03:17Hearts with a fresh energy about them this season.
03:21New investment, new manager, new players.
03:25Backed by nearly 3,000 at Tanadice this afternoon.
03:29In confident mood and fine voice.
03:31And they have a corner here.
03:34The big men are up.
03:37And it is Harry Milne to deliver.
03:40It's flicked to the back post.
03:41Stuart Finlay.
03:43Bundled down.
03:44Penalty!
03:48Well, David Dickinson did not hesitate.
03:51He watched as Yuri Yovu tangled with Finlay.
03:59And he's just been a bit over eager.
04:02The young Moldovan.
04:03Not a huge amount of contact.
04:05But enough, says the referee.
04:07For it to be illegal.
04:09And what a chance for Hearts to open the scoring.
04:11Lawrence Shanklin's on his 30th birthday.
04:17Steps up.
04:20And gives Hearts the lead.
04:23Big smiles and celebrations.
04:28Shed end at Tanadice.
04:30Lauren Shanklin's with his first of the league season.
04:36All business for Derek McInnes.
04:39And it was business-like from the spot from Hearts captain.
04:42Sends the goalkeeper the wrong way.
04:46Oh, the momentum with Hearts.
04:48After that opening goal.
04:50United looking to hit back through Dolceic.
04:53And now Sturton.
04:55The teenager's done well there.
04:57And has won a free kick.
04:58In a handy position.
05:00Frankie Kent pleads his case.
05:04Falling on deaf ears though.
05:07Sturton with a bright future ahead of him.
05:11Good stature for an 18-year-old.
05:15Well, Dolceic with the left foot clearly fancies this one.
05:19And goes for it.
05:21Oh, and why not?
05:25Ivan Dolceic ensures Hearts lead last just three minutes.
05:30And it is the home fans celebrating now.
05:37It's a well-struck free kick.
05:39But Xander Clarke won't want to see it again.
05:42It's not right in the corner.
05:44He gets a cross.
05:46And a hand to it.
05:48But not enough to stop it flying into the net.
05:52And it is Dundee United 1, Hearts 1.
05:54Game on.
05:55It has been a breathless first half at Tanadice.
06:02You cannot take your eyes off it.
06:04Here's Kamara.
06:05Slides in Dolceic.
06:07Who strikes it.
06:08And scores again.
06:09Ivan Dolceic is flying in a United jersey.
06:16And the Croatian has turned this game around.
06:23And Xander Clarke is so frustrated with himself.
06:27Because again he gets a hand to it.
06:29He committed to go across goal.
06:31But Dolceic went for the near post.
06:33And Clarke could only leave a flapping right arm out.
06:37And he can't keep the ball out.
06:40And Dundee United lead before the break.
06:44Well, Hearts trail for the first time this season.
06:47Braga tries to do something about that.
06:50But Kucherenko was down smartly to his right-hand side.
06:55Does really well to get it out of his feet quickly here, Braga.
06:57Well, will Thursday night's exertion start to take their toll on United in the second half?
07:10Their depleted squad as well as Kizaridis jinxed in from the left-hand side.
07:14Milne extracts the corner.
07:19Miller-Thompson playing in a more defensive role this afternoon for United.
07:25Milne just keeps going up and down that left-hand side.
07:32Milne with the outswinger.
07:33Findlay with a leap.
07:35Oh, pipped that out.
07:38Bullet header from Stuart Findlay.
07:41Who scores for the second Premiership game in a row.
07:45And Hearts are level once more.
07:49Curling delivery.
07:51Findlay attacks it.
07:52Gets between two United defenders.
07:54And he could not have placed it any better if he'd walked across with the ball clutched in his arms.
08:02Flush off the forehead.
08:04No chance for the goalkeeper.
08:05Halkett slip there.
08:12And he hears Amar Fata on his United debut.
08:18Inside.
08:19Chauvet lines it up.
08:20Close.
08:20But not quite for Vichko Chauvet.
08:28A totemic figure for United last season.
08:31Started this one strongly too.
08:35Wrapped his foot around it but just a little too much.
08:38McIntyre flings it in.
08:44Will we get a winner in this pulsating match?
08:49McIntyre down the outside.
08:51United desperately try to get it clear.
08:54It falls to Karyota.
08:56And Kucherenko intervenes.
09:00He had to.
09:03With his son beating down on his goal as well.
09:07Hearts asking the questions.
09:09United coming up with the answers so far.
09:11A crowded penalty area.
09:19Ball comes in.
09:20Finlay's header.
09:21Sibold.
09:22Stations.
09:23On the post to deal with it.
09:27And that's as close as either side have come to a winner.
09:31And Hearts have gone quickly.
09:33Floated back in.
09:36Again United repel it.
09:37Corner.
09:44Thompson.
09:45An immense defensive shift this afternoon.
09:48Deep in stoppage time.
09:50It's Alexandros Kisiridis to take for Hearts.
09:53Curl to the front post.
09:54Finlay stoops.
09:56And Finlay scores.
10:03Maroon mayhem.
10:04In the away end at Tanadice.
10:09Stuart Finlay with his second of the afternoon.
10:12His third in a week.
10:13And it surely won it for Hearts.
10:18He's well outside the front post when he makes contact here.
10:21To get it back across into the far corner.
10:24It's some effort from the big centre half.
10:27He's in red hot form.
10:29Hearts are in red hot form.
10:31They're heading for another victory.
10:38What a moment for Derek McKinnison Hearts.
10:40Watched by Tony Bloom.
10:43Two second half goals from Stuart Finlay.
10:46Means they come from behind to win at Tanadice.
10:483-2.
10:49What a game.
10:50Every victory is different.
10:56And obviously we are late winners.
10:58Magnificent.
10:59It says a lot about the squad.
11:01The spirit.
11:03The perseverance.
11:04And obviously we want to get that reputation for being the best team in the league if we can.
11:09It's set plays.
11:10And obviously we're a huge party of the day.
11:12We're just delighted with a win.
11:14It shows you the importance of set plays.
11:16It shows you the importance of having that freshness for the bench.
11:20And although in the benefit of obviously not having played in Europe.
11:23I thought we looked stronger towards the last part of the game.
11:26It's never a good time to concede a goal.
11:29But I think it's more disappointing in the fashion that we did.
11:33You look at the three goals that we've conceded here today.
11:37A penalty which is very unavoidable.
11:40Defender goes to ground needlessly in my opinion.
11:43And gives the referee a decision to make.
11:46And then Finlay gets himself free of his marker on two occasions.
11:50And that's what's cost us the game today.
11:53There's lots of positives we can take out of the game.
11:56But ultimately we've lost and we've got nothing to show for it.
11:58And that's the biggest disappointment.
11:59So much to like about this match and about hearts today.
12:05But tradition playing a big part this weekend for sports.
12:07And Michael, I think it's probably a tradition of goalkeepers
12:10hiding behind the couch sometimes when sports highlights come on.
12:12And is that the case for Xander Clark tonight?
12:15Probably, yeah.
12:16I mean, I don't think he needs anyone to tell him that it's a little bit culpable.
12:21But defensively, you know, they take a fair amount of the responsibility as well.
12:26I mean, first of all, Alan Forrest having to play in that right wing-back position.
12:30And that ball's getting played over.
12:32He doesn't really know where he is.
12:33And then when he's cutting inside, Frankie Kent doesn't need to challenge.
12:36He's running into bodies.
12:38And then obviously when the strike is...
12:40It's a great strike from Dolceic, first of all.
12:41You don't take anything away from him.
12:43But when you watch where Xander Clark is.
12:45And then when he springs off, he doesn't move his feet.
12:48So the ball's not right in the corner.
12:50And he doesn't have any power.
12:51Because he's literally fallen from where he was already stood.
12:55He needs to shuffle his feet.
12:56Now look, I'm no goalkeeper.
12:58But I equally understand they need to move their feet quicker.
13:01And this is another example of Alan Forrest where, as a wing-back, he's in a defensive position.
13:05He needs to drop.
13:06He can't be ahead of that wide man.
13:09And it's a great run from Dolceic because he recognises that space in behind.
13:12And then obviously it's a big mistake from Xander Clark.
13:16He knows it himself.
13:16He can't get beaten at that near post.
13:18But it was no surprise at half-time.
13:21The substitutions that were made were that right side of the defence.
13:24Hearts have got a bit of a problem here.
13:26You know...
13:27It's a great run, though.
13:29Yeah.
13:29From Dolceic.
13:29The speed of the run triggers the pass route from Kamara.
13:32From an attacking point of view, that's magic.
13:35Yeah, I mean, yes, absolutely.
13:37You know, Dungeon 8 had recognised the problems that Hearts had in the set-up there.
13:41And they exploited it really, really well.
13:43But the problem that Hearts have got is that Borkrevinck is injured for a number of weeks.
13:48They don't have anybody else playing right-back.
13:50Forrester's gone out on loan to St Johnston.
13:54Steinwender came on at half-time.
13:57Came on against Aberdeen as well.
13:58He's a centre-half who's playing at right-back.
14:00That may well be what Derek McInnes' decision will be going forward.
14:04That he, I think, ideally wants to play a back-four.
14:06But he's almost been forced into playing this back-three at the moment.
14:10But he's not really got anybody to play right-back or right-wing-back.
14:12It's been a problem position for Hearts for a number of seasons.
14:14And I still don't think they've solved it yet.
14:17Scott, for us mere mortal set-pieces usually amount to just putting the ball into the box.
14:22But there's a bit more to it.
14:23And clearly, they were pivotal in this match today.
14:26Yeah, I think in this fixture, and especially games like this, we're expecting it to be tight.
14:31They can be the difference.
14:32And today, they absolutely will.
14:34For Hearts, obviously, they've got a new set-piece coach in.
14:36But that is magnificent from Stuart Finlay.
14:38Going back the way, wicked ball, obviously.
14:41And an out-swinger coming away from the goalkeeper.
14:44Ouch, he's working his way back.
14:45It's a fantastic goal.
14:46But at the same time, defending set-pieces are just as important.
14:50Mikey, we spoke about it up there for a length of time in terms of Dundee United and how their set-up was from set-pieces.
14:55And they were punished twice in these occasions from Stuart Finlay.
14:58When you see Jovo there, Mark and Stuart Finlay, he is fully stretched as he's heading that in.
15:02And it's a brilliant header.
15:04But if Jovo continues to keep touch tight with him, it's probably enough physical contact to put him off.
15:10And he wouldn't have been able to find the corner.
15:11We're highlighting the Dundee United players that are out.
15:13On this occasion, there's two Hearts players out there.
15:15So you can understand they've got somebody over there just waiting if it's getting played short.
15:20But in that first corner, Miller-Thompson was out.
15:23And in this one as well, he's out.
15:25But there's only one player.
15:26The corner kick taker, I don't understand why they've sacrificed a player there.
15:31And if you look, he needs to drop into that front post area on the six-yard line.
15:35Or, this was, I think it was Kai Fotheringham that had come on.
15:40He needs to go and sit in that front post area.
15:42Because when you watch from behind the goals here, look where Kai Fotheringham is.
15:45He's not past that near post.
15:47So when Stuart Finlay gets across the face of him, he's still able to get his header on target.
15:51Now, if he is in that position that we're talking about,
15:54Stuart Finlay has to go way past the front post.
15:57And it becomes all the more difficult to score.
15:59You take the space away from the kicker.
16:01I think if you're on the ball, that situation, see that space, you've obviously worked on it.
16:05It's the easiest ball in the world to play because you've got all the space to it.
16:08But if they're set up to much better, then the ball has to be perfect.
16:11And today it punished Undi United.
16:13Derek McInnes clearly didn't need Jamestown Analytics to sign Stuart Finlay.
16:16Tony Bloom, obviously, at Tannadise today.
16:20He's clearly loving life at Hearts right now.
16:22Well, absolutely.
16:23I mean, it's a wonderful start to the season.
16:25You know, it's been a long time coming for Hearts in regards to just looking and feeling like a real football team
16:34that have got some real bite about them as well.
16:37It's not been two classic performances from Hearts.
16:39They've won two games with real grit and determination.
16:42The quality will come, but they've had two difficult games against Aberdeen and Dungeon United
16:47and they've managed to see it through.
16:48I feel for Dungeon United because, you know, they put a lot of effort in on Thursday.
16:52They were very good and they were good today as well.
16:54They've improved dramatically since the first couple of games against Union, sorry, Uno Strasse.
17:01Yeah.
17:02And they've actually, you know, had to suffer because they've had a lot of injuries as well.
17:06So that's a sore one for Jim Goodwin because the team's getting better.
17:09They're suffering injuries and to lose an injury time, you know, goal there from a set piece,
17:15it's a tough one for them.
17:16Good win for Hearts.
17:18Next up, how would Kilmarnock fare away at a hipside who produced a fantastic 2-0 victory midweek
17:24against Partizan Belgrade?
17:25The Beatle gets it in, it comes to the back post and Hibbs are ahead.
17:41Penalty Hibbs.
17:44Martin Boyle makes it 2-0 to Hibbs.
17:47After their 2-2 draw with Livingston on the opening weekend, Kilmarnock visit Easter Road
17:54to try and stop high-flying Hibernian.
17:57It was superb in Serbia on Thursday night.
18:00Was that 2-0 win over Partizan one of the best ever?
18:03Definitely, maybe.
18:04Grant Hanley makes his Hibbs debut as one of three changes.
18:08Junior Hoylet and Eliuen also come in.
18:11Kilmarnock are without Captain Brad Lyons, whose wife is in labour.
18:15George Stanger and Tom Lorry also miss out.
18:17Robbie Dees and Rory McKenzie come in, while Ethan Brown makes his debut in defence.
18:27Yuan.
18:29McGrath looks for the 1-2, it comes to Hoylet instead.
18:32It's a nice touch, not a nice finish.
18:34That really should have hit the target from the Canadian.
18:38He's frustrated with that one.
18:40Knows he should have done better.
18:42It's lovely link-up on the left from Hibbs.
18:45A lovely touch from Hoylet.
18:52He'll be hoping for no European hangover at David Gray.
18:57But his side have got some defending to do here.
19:00It's a nice ball from Daniels down to Brannan, who's comfortable to keep that in.
19:04He flicks it away from Mulligan as well.
19:07Crossing to the front post, slicked on by Dakers and glanced wide.
19:12That's brilliant from young Ben Brannan.
19:16Did really well to get away from Mulligan.
19:19Despite the shirt pull as well.
19:22A decent ball in two, but Dakers unable to get the header on target.
19:26McGrath, lovely footwork.
19:31He's been really impressive since signing from Aberdeen.
19:36The Irish international has come down the left and it's Ethan Brown with the foul on a beat-up.
19:42Not a foul he really had to make either.
19:44The 20-year-old making his Kilmarnock debut.
19:52Decent chance for Hibbs.
19:54McGrath fizzes it in.
19:55Rocky Bashiri's there.
19:58And that'll be one of the easiest goals.
20:00Rocky Bashiri scores.
20:02He was up well.
20:03But I don't think anyone expected that delivery from McGrath.
20:08Fizzed it across the face of goal.
20:13But Rocky Bashiri was in on the plan.
20:16And he scores from all of a yard out.
20:19Far, far too easy for Hibbs.
20:21They go 1-0 up at Easter Road.
20:27Hibbs have only lost one of their past 14 league meetings with Kilmarnock.
20:31He'll be happy with the start they've made.
20:36Paul Wirth.
20:37Header at the back post.
20:38Well saved by Jordan Smith.
20:40The flying punch.
20:43I think that ball might have already gone out of play.
20:46It was a good save nonetheless.
20:51Dakers with the header.
20:54Daniels might have been offside there.
20:58Good header from Bashiri.
21:00He's taken a sore one though.
21:01Well that's not the best from Dees.
21:03Could be a chance this for Hibbs.
21:06Hoylet slips through Eli Ewan.
21:08And he slips it under the keeper.
21:13Well could Max Stryak have done better there?
21:16Eli Ewan won't care.
21:18He gets his first of the season.
21:20And his first start of the season.
21:22Repaying the faith that David Gray has shown in him.
21:28It's a lovely ball from Junior Hoylet as well.
21:31And he just steers it through the legs of Stryak.
21:35To put Hibbs 2-0 up.
21:36Dakers a loose layoff.
21:43And Ewan could capitalise on this.
21:46Here's Mulligan.
21:48Oh he could get the shot away.
21:50That wasn't far away.
21:52And Josh Mulligan looks to the skies.
21:57He knows that was a decent chance.
21:59Robbie Dees just let him run.
22:03Polworth clips it towards the back post.
22:05Dakers with the header.
22:06Again it's off the post.
22:08And Bashiri.
22:10Well it's a goal kick anyway.
22:11Mayo is in there.
22:16But I think it was Dakers with the header.
22:18Off the outside of the woodwork.
22:22Bashiri trying to close down Dakers.
22:24He's been Kilmarnock's main threat in this first half.
22:28A nice turn away from Hoylet.
22:30And a nice touch away from Bashiri.
22:31Dakers gets to the byline.
22:33Cuts it back.
22:34It could come for Polworth.
22:35And there's nothing Jordan Abita can do on the line.
22:38Well Hibbs have really dominated this first half.
22:44But they're going to go in at the break.
22:46Just one goal ahead.
22:48It's reminiscent of what happened last week at Dens Park.
22:53Where Dundee pegged one back just before half time.
22:57It's Liam Polworth with the goal that halves the deficit.
23:01And Kilmarnock have a lifeline at Easter Road.
23:05Dakers.
23:07Gets it wide.
23:09To Jamie Brandon who tries the shot.
23:12Back to Polworth.
23:14Clipton again.
23:14Dakers is there.
23:16It's over the bar.
23:18Well when you're 6'7".
23:20You've got a decent advantage in the air.
23:24And he almost used it there.
23:26A brilliant run at the back post.
23:28But just couldn't get the header down.
23:35Corner comes in.
23:36He's headed away.
23:38Could drop for Brannan.
23:39Oh, what a goal that is for Ben Brannan.
23:4618 years old.
23:52And he might never score a better goal in his entire career.
23:58Mind you, that makes it four goals in five games for the youngster.
24:04What a start to life at Kilmarnock.
24:08He's hit that so sweetly.
24:12And Kilmarnock are level.
24:15What a throw out from Max Stryak up towards Daniels.
24:22And he's putting Jordan Abita under pressure.
24:24There's no foul there.
24:26Daniels, can he square it to Watson?
24:28Oh, he goes himself and squanders it.
24:31And David Watson is furious.
24:33Because he could have been put on a plate there.
24:36It all comes from the throw out and the pressure that Gennaro Daniels applies.
24:44All that hard work undone with the selfish option.
24:49Brandon launching it long.
24:55Daniels, it's Bashiri under pressure now.
24:58Oh, it's terrible from Smith.
25:00Daniels is back to goalie.
25:02Lays it off to Kilty.
25:03Deflected and just wide.
25:06Will Kilmarnock work 2-0 down and seemingly out of this?
25:11Now they're knocking on the door for a third.
25:13And they're not a million miles away from turning this game on its head.
25:19And it's Hibs who have almost undone themselves there.
25:27Well, at the moment, it looks more like Kilmarnock will find a third goal.
25:32But Josh Mulligan battles Kilty and comes away.
25:37And he's away from Thompson as well.
25:38He tries to slip it through for Boyle.
25:40Good break for Bowie.
25:41But it's straight at Max Stryak.
25:45Both Boyle and Bowie so dangerous in Belgrade.
25:50The hard work there done by Josh Mulligan,
25:52who's really taken to life quickly at Easter Road.
25:56He almost set one up there.
26:00Launch towards Liam Polworth.
26:04It's Dom Thompson on the wraparound.
26:08He curls in looking for Daniels.
26:10And it just squirts wide of the post.
26:13I think that's come off Daniels in the end.
26:15Jack Iredale was in there.
26:19But once again, it's Kilmarnock pressing.
26:22It's become a very nervy watch for these Hibs fans.
26:31They've started the season so well, but they're under pressure.
26:35Now it's Boyle in behind.
26:36Can he pick out a man in the middle?
26:38Well, there's a big shout for handball against Ethan Brown.
26:41He's either slapping his chest in defiance or trying to show Nick Walsh where it hits him.
26:47The VAR will, of course, have a check.
26:52Boyle doing well to get in behind.
26:54Where does this hit the young Canadian?
26:57Might be a combination of arm and chest, but I don't think there's a handball in there.
27:03Oh, it's so hard to tell.
27:09The VAR having a good long look and it's just a corner, says Nick Walsh.
27:13No handball.
27:14Can Hibs pull something out of the fire here?
27:27It's a lovely touch from McGrath.
27:29In a second he goes down.
27:30Big shout for a penalty again.
27:32Nick Walsh immediately waving it away against young Ben Brannan.
27:38I don't think this one will be overturned.
27:40It might have been outside the box anyway and the score remains 2-2.
27:50Started the game really well.
27:52A lot of good play within that.
27:54But then to lose a goal just before half-time, lack of concentration,
27:57an error that we got punished for in the second half.
28:01We were nowhere near the level we were in the first half.
28:03It was big moments in games just to lose that goal.
28:05And in the second goal that Cermarnet scores a wonder strike, we know that.
28:08But then how we reacted, we needed to make sure we were better.
28:10And unfortunately, our level of performance wasn't a good second half.
28:14Finding yourself 2-0 down against a team that's absolutely flying at Easter Road
28:17is a mountainy climb.
28:19And I'm just absolutely delighted by the reaction that the players show.
28:23And then the quality of the goals as well.
28:24The moments that we have to try and execute.
28:27It has been a fantastic week in Scottish football.
28:31It's carried on into the weekend.
28:32Some brilliant matches and this was certainly one of them.
28:36And Hibs, Scotland, they produced the goods midweek in Europe,
28:39which was wonderful to watch.
28:41And for the first half hour, in fact, almost for the first half,
28:44they were superb, weren't they?
28:46Yeah, they were in full control, obviously.
28:48Full of confidence after the result on Thursday.
28:51Up to that 44th minute as you speak about.
28:53Jamie McGrath, again, you see the impact of having someone
28:56who's got a great delivery on him.
28:57He absolutely lasers that right onto Rocky Bashiri's head.
29:01I don't think Rocky Bashiri could have missed it.
29:02It was that good of a ball, to be honest.
29:04But that's just that you've seen these players
29:06who have come into this Hibs starting to live
29:07and the impact they've had in the team.
29:09So it was one of the games you felt they were in total control.
29:12You see here, even from a Comarnett's perspective,
29:14to be fair, it's not great.
29:15But you see that give and go from Elio and Junior Hoyle,
29:18it's a sumptuous for a ball.
29:20And it just slides it under the goalkeeper.
29:21At this point, you just think it's going to be three or four.
29:24Comarnett just couldn't live with them at this moment in time.
29:26As Scott was saying, it was very, very good.
29:29But you can see Robbie Dees has caught himself
29:31in the wrong sort of position.
29:33He's the left-sided centre-half.
29:34He's in the middle of the park and misjudges it.
29:37Hoylet's run off the back of the midfield.
29:39Liam Polworth there.
29:40And then with that, slide rule passes.
29:43You know, it's inch-perfect.
29:44It just means that Elio Ewing can step on it
29:46and guide it into the back of the net.
29:47But Stuart Kettlewell would have been very, very disappointed
29:50with the defensive set-up for that one.
29:52And yeah, I think that first half,
29:55up until the minute before half-time,
29:58Hibs looked really good, full of energy.
30:00And you're probably, from David Gray's perspective,
30:02looking at us and thinking, this is perfect.
30:04You know, Thursday, a lot of energy away from home.
30:07Got the home game against Comarnett.
30:09We're 2-0 up.
30:10We're cruising to a certain extent.
30:12But if they just controlled that game
30:13and didn't concede the goal before half-time,
30:16the second half would have been able to be managed
30:17quite easily without having to exert themselves too much.
30:20Concede the goal, and then all of a sudden
30:22it just became a free-for-all.
30:23You know, credit to Comarnett.
30:24They've got themselves right back into it.
30:25I was just going to say that, Michael.
30:27Huge credit, Kilmarnock, Scott.
30:29And, you know, David Gray, the house manager,
30:31didn't want to have any excuses at the end.
30:33But what was the crucial factor, would you say, for Kelly?
30:36I just think that goal before half-time,
30:38it makes a completely different team talk
30:40for both managers coming out for the second half.
30:42I think there was an element of sloppiness
30:44obviously creeped into Hib's game
30:45and in the end, and none more so
30:47in terms of defending from Rocky Bissiri
30:49for, I think, it's Dakers in the corner.
30:51But that goal, and a well-deserved
30:53Archimic Fersong-Woof to go with from the comments.
30:56It's well done, Andrew Peacher.
30:58But what a finish from Ben Brand.
30:59That one's coming out of the sky.
31:00Not an easy one to hit.
31:01I think the key there is to try not to hit it too hard
31:03and just guide it into an area
31:05and it sails into the top corner.
31:06He's been a real standout.
31:07Well, Michael, he's got four goals in five appearances,
31:1018 years of age.
31:12I mean, it's a thing of beauty.
31:14Incredible goal.
31:15You know, obviously, the height on it
31:17just means that even if the...
31:19Well, he does.
31:20John Smith gets a hand tip,
31:21but it's very, very difficult for him
31:22to keep it out.
31:24And, yeah, they were really piling on the pressure.
31:26I mean, this is obviously a real error from Hibs
31:30and there was quite a few of them in the second half.
31:32And I think a lot of that comes down to concentration
31:34and the tiredness.
31:35Daniels has got...
31:36You can see David Watson here going absolutely mental
31:38and no wonder he's got to pass them.
31:41He's got to pick them out.
31:42And even if he's going to have the strike himself,
31:45he shouldn't be shooting from where he is.
31:46I mean, first of all...
31:47Do you think he sees him?
31:48No, he clearly doesn't, but he should.
31:50But even if he's going to shoot himself,
31:52he could continue to drive forward with the ball.
31:54But I just think that the goal before halftime
31:58was the key in the whole game.
32:00That turned things, Scott was saying.
32:02It changes the team talks.
32:04If it's 2-0 at halftime, Hibs are calm.
32:07They're collected.
32:08And then the second half will take care of itself.
32:10All of a sudden, there just seemed to be
32:11a little bit of nervousness.
32:12And coupled with that dropping energy
32:15and Kelly getting a boost
32:17was what made that second half such a fine balance.
32:20We'll talk a little bit more about Hibs
32:22at the end of the show.
32:23Obviously, they've got their second leg
32:25later this week, Scott.
32:26But Kilmarnock, they've made a solid enough start.
32:29I don't think many people have been tipping them
32:30for huge things this season.
32:32But Stuart Cretilwell, he's got to be pleased enough
32:34with the start his side have made.
32:36Yeah, I think even more so with the response,
32:38obviously, going to Hibs,
32:39who I feel confident at this moment in time.
32:41Obviously, the change over our players.
32:42Players who had a real impact
32:44in that start of 11 for Kilmarnock
32:45over the last few years.
32:46So he replaced them with some of the players
32:48that have come in and made a real difference.
32:49Obviously, Dakar, I think, has been excellent
32:51since he's come in.
32:52Ben Branagh's one that a lot of people have spoke about,
32:54even back to the Premier Sports Cup game
32:56at the start of the season.
32:58He's obviously grown confidence for that.
32:59So there's a few players in there
33:01who are going to be real fines for Kamala this season.
33:03OK.
33:04Next, to a huge match between two sides
33:06who last met at Hampden Park.
33:08And it finds its way through.
33:22Morris fires it in.
33:25And it's an equaliser.
33:30It's Amber Needs Cup.
33:33It is quite sensational.
33:35It's Aberdeen's first home game of the season.
33:47And it's a Scottish Cup final rematch.
33:51With a summer of celebration still fresh
33:54in the north-east air,
33:55it's the Scottish Cup winners
33:57against the Scottish Premiership champions.
33:59Trophy-lifting, Don's boss,
34:02Yemi Tillin states low.
34:03It's a new game and a new season.
34:05And he's looking to evolve
34:07his Aberdeen team towards more success.
34:10It was a disappointing opener
34:11in the 2-0 defeat at Tynecastle.
34:13So he makes two switches.
34:15One in fourth with Knuster dropping out.
34:18He's unavailable.
34:19Clarkson moves to the bench
34:20with Devlin and Dorrington coming in.
34:22Shaden Morris created
34:24what turned out to be
34:25the all-important equaliser
34:27to take the final to extra time.
34:29Could he be a super sub again?
34:31There's one change
34:32for Brendan Rodgers and Celtic.
34:34James Forrest provided so much energy
34:35last Sunday in the win against St. Mirren.
34:38He replaces Yang.
34:39Scales is a former Aberdeen loanee.
34:42And Rio Hattati scored the winner here
34:44in a 1-0 December victory last season.
34:47There's no Simpson-Pusey in the squad today.
34:51The recent new signing for Celtic.
34:53The two managers meet again.
34:55They did so six times last season
34:57in all competitions.
34:59Brendan Rodgers says
35:00the final result doesn't change anything
35:02for his team.
35:03They will continue to target
35:05domination.
35:11Here's Jensen.
35:15Finding Adil Elshish.
35:17Elanovic will retrieve the ball.
35:22He has plenty of options around.
35:26He clips it up.
35:29Devlin can't keep it in the area.
35:31Help the Nielsen.
35:32Teases.
35:34Tierney does enough for now.
35:35Jensen.
35:36Scales.
35:37Using his body
35:38to throw that one away.
35:40It's encouragement for Yemi Tullin.
35:49It's nice to wait on that one.
35:52Tierney cuts out.
35:53This is Hattati.
35:53McGregor moves for Negrin.
35:58Celtic claim handball.
35:59The referee allows things to continue.
36:02It's Elshish.
36:02Goes for goal.
36:07Oh, it's a superb save too
36:09from Kasper Schmeichel.
36:11The Frenchman
36:12on loan from Sunderland
36:13going for the spectacular.
36:16They had to shift it
36:17just a little bit more.
36:19But it certainly had
36:20Kasper Schmeichel stretching.
36:21That's what Celtic
36:23were unhappy about.
36:26Brendan Rodgers
36:27was pleased with his team's
36:29performance
36:30against St Mirren last Sunday.
36:32I did feel
36:33they could have scored
36:34a few more goals.
36:38Carter Vickers.
36:40Forrest.
36:42Celtic using this right side
36:44more and more
36:44as they search for a way through.
36:47Negrin.
36:49That helped me Nielsen
36:50at his heels quickly.
36:52This is Callum McGregor now.
36:54Scales.
36:56Doesn't fancy the shot.
36:57He'll use Tierney instead.
37:00Cross in.
37:01Negrin.
37:02It's in.
37:04And Benjamin Negrin
37:05has his first Celtic goal.
37:10It's their first shot on target.
37:13But he doesn't care.
37:15Celtic don't care.
37:16They're in front.
37:18And he's delighted.
37:21With the assist
37:22from Tierney.
37:27Just gets that step
37:28in front of Milanovic.
37:30And then Negrin
37:31sliding in front of
37:32Heltman Nielsen.
37:34Wrapping the left foot
37:35around it.
37:37He was denied
37:38his first Celtic goal
37:40last Sunday
37:41by a combination of
37:42goalkeeper and crossbar
37:43against St.
37:43He was not being denied there.
37:47Aberdeen 0-0.
37:48Celtic 1-0.
37:56This is Scales.
37:57And now Tierney.
38:02He's feeling good now.
38:05Can only find
38:05Shinny with the cutback.
38:06There's Maida.
38:08In like a lightning bolt.
38:10Celtic have it.
38:11It's Hattate
38:12going for goal.
38:13Pushed away.
38:14And Negrin
38:15skies that one.
38:17But Celtic
38:18upping the pressure.
38:19The ball stayed in.
38:24Tierney had time
38:25to pick out Hattate.
38:26Who brought the
38:27strong save out of
38:28Mitov.
38:29And Negrin just
38:30rushed it.
38:38Lovely layoff
38:39from Negrin
38:40for Forrest.
38:41It's into Maida.
38:43It's a great save
38:44from Dimitar Mitov.
38:48Lovely Celtic
38:49play.
38:50How did Forrest
38:51find Maida here?
38:52Jensen just
38:53lets him go.
39:04Celtic sloppy.
39:06Milanovic.
39:06Oshish.
39:08And the strike.
39:10Jengi in the way
39:10of Keskinen.
39:12And the Finland
39:13International
39:14is furious.
39:16Aberdeen
39:16haven't had many
39:17chances in this game.
39:19Tidy play from Celtic.
39:31Tidy play from Celtic.
39:32We're going to go for Forrest.
39:35Negrin.
39:36Hattate asking for it.
39:38Hattate takes.
39:39Hattate scores.
39:40Hattate scores.
39:44That is absolutely
39:45sensational
39:46from Celtic's
39:47Enchanter.
39:49Scored the winner here
39:51in a 1-0 victory
39:52last season in December.
39:54that just might wrap it up for Celtic
39:58this afternoon and what a way
40:00to do it.
40:02He's so relaxed
40:03as he swings the right foot.
40:08It's up, it's down.
40:09It clips the crossbar
40:11and Mitov
40:12had absolutely
40:13no chance.
40:15Here's Yamada.
40:17Negrin.
40:19Scanning.
40:20Picks out Maida
40:21who's in behind.
40:23And he slips.
40:25Not what you usually see
40:27from Dyson Maida
40:29in that position.
40:30advantage play.
40:41Boyd goes down.
40:43Now the yellow card.
40:48Shown twice.
40:50First to Hattate
40:51and then to
40:52McGregor.
41:00Here's Shada Morris.
41:08Jensen.
41:10Makes the look out
41:11for Aberdeen.
41:12That's a big stop
41:13from Kasper Schmeichel.
41:17Dante Polvara
41:18throwing the toes at it
41:19to try and stab it
41:20beyond the Celtic
41:21goalkeeper.
41:23Give his side
41:24some life.
41:30Celtic could be in
41:32again here.
41:33It's the side netting
41:34for Alistair Johnston.
41:36Canadian
41:37keeping up the running
41:38late in the game.
41:41The most advanced
41:42in the green and white.
41:45Long throw launched.
41:48Headed down.
41:50Still a chance
41:51after Boyd's strike.
41:55And the referee
41:56blows for full time.
41:58Brendan Rodgers
42:00and Celtic
42:01have their redemption
42:02against Aberdeen.
42:04With a firm focus
42:06on domestic dominance
42:09again.
42:10Benjamin Negren
42:11scored his first
42:12Celtic goal
42:13before a stunner
42:15from Rio
42:16Hattate.
42:18It's a perfect
42:19Premiership start
42:20for Celtic
42:21in their second game.
42:24Three goals.
42:25Zero conceded.
42:27Six points.
42:29And it's the start
42:30we've all come to expect
42:32from Celtic.
42:33Full time
42:34at Pittaudry.
42:35It's Aberdeen
42:360-0.
42:37Celtic 2.
42:39I thought we
42:40controlled it
42:41really well.
42:43We had a lot
42:44of really good
42:45moments in the game.
42:46Scored two outstanding
42:46goals.
42:48Had a few other
42:49opportunities to score.
42:51The keeper
42:51makes a great save.
42:52And then when we
42:54had to defend
42:55which you do
42:55you can never
42:56dominate
42:57100% the game
42:59but in those moments
42:59we had to defend
43:00we defended
43:02very very well
43:02and strong.
43:03So
43:03I'm so pleased
43:05for the players
43:05because
43:06end of last season
43:08would have hurt them
43:08because they had
43:10a fantastic season
43:10last season
43:11but
43:11we come here today
43:12we play with quality
43:14we play with heart
43:15and we get the result.
43:17I think some parts
43:18of the game
43:18were good
43:18in the first half
43:20still on our break
43:22in our transitions
43:23we're not clinical enough
43:24we have to do more work
43:25during our training sessions
43:26to be better
43:27when we have the opportunity
43:27to win the ball
43:29and transition
43:30and how we arrive
43:31to the last third.
43:34Then of course
43:35they defend
43:35transitions really well
43:36also
43:37and I think
43:37in the last
43:3920 minutes
43:40of the game
43:40we don't have
43:42this extra power
43:43to create
43:43an opportunity
43:45to get back
43:46to the game
43:46I think
43:47the game
43:48was still alive
43:49when it was 1-0
43:50when it was 2-0
43:51we need to
43:52risk a little bit more
43:53but we didn't get up
43:54in the way we want
43:55and
43:55they could play off
43:57the game
43:57maybe a little bit
43:58too comfortable there.
44:01Disappointment for Celtic
44:02in the Scottish Cup final
44:03but success
44:04today.
44:05Kieran Tierney
44:06back amongst the Celtic ranks
44:07Scott Allen
44:08what did you make
44:09of his progress today?
44:11Yeah
44:11I think
44:13it's been a pretty solid
44:14start to Kieran Tierney
44:14to his Celtic career
44:16again I think
44:16what he did see
44:17today was
44:18some different runs
44:19that we hadn't seen
44:20last week
44:20he's obviously
44:21making the runs
44:21from out to in
44:23he's obviously
44:23trying to throw
44:24that Aberdeen defence
44:24we've seen it
44:25time and time again
44:26going into the areas
44:26in that inverted role
44:28where he can maybe
44:28get Maeda down the side
44:30isolating 1v1
44:31versus the Aberdeen defender
44:32didn't quite come
44:34to something at that point
44:34but they kept
44:35working at it
44:36Kieran Tierney as well
44:37at times
44:37it was just
44:38in the game
44:39because of the shape
44:40that Aberdeen were playing
44:40the distances
44:41obviously to get the space
44:42to get the cross
44:42and it just wasn't there
44:43all the time
44:43and at times
44:44scales there's a bit
44:45slack in the final ball
44:46but once you get
44:47Kieran Tierney in that area
44:48where they can really
44:49show you in the park
44:50and get down the side
44:51like you see here
44:51they work it from
44:52one area of the park
44:55to the side
44:55there's Nagrand
44:56out the other side
44:57the distances then
44:58become too big
44:59for Aberdeen
45:00and this is exactly
45:01what they've been
45:02working on in the first half
45:03and it takes a bit
45:03of patience to do this
45:04and it works its way
45:05out to Kieran Tierney
45:06and it was the first time
45:07in the game
45:07we'd have had that area
45:08to run in
45:08and it takes you in
45:09we see it
45:09it's vintage Kieran Tierney
45:11he plays a fantastic ball
45:12and Nagrand obviously
45:14opens you the account
45:14for a fantastic goal
45:15obviously just guiding
45:16into the corner
45:17but we've definitely
45:18switched in terms of
45:19how we've seen
45:20Kieran Tierney play
45:20last week to the day
45:21and I think it
45:23helps Celtic out
45:24Michael
45:24Kieran Tierney's
45:26injury issues
45:27over the years
45:27are well documented
45:28is it just the case
45:30of Celtic managing him
45:31at the moment
45:31because obviously
45:32he didn't last the entire
45:32yeah I mean look
45:34I think obviously
45:35there's the first half
45:36the heat map
45:37at Aberdeen
45:38and it shows you
45:38exactly where
45:39Kieran Tierney was
45:40in the park
45:41and how much of the game
45:42was going down there
45:43and I think they brought
45:44a good variety
45:45obviously Scott was
45:46highlighting there
45:46early on a lot of
45:47those runs on the inside
45:48as the game wore on
45:49and where the goal
45:50came from
45:51if you get Kieran Tierney
45:521v1 in a wide area
45:55high up
45:55I don't think there's
45:56many better
45:56even as a wide man
45:58he's got such
45:59determination
45:59when he's defending
46:00but also when he's
46:01attacking
46:01to get the better
46:02of who he was
46:03up against
46:03and you saw that
46:05one just after
46:06he'd set up the goal
46:08as well
46:08where he drops
46:09his shoulder
46:09and bursts
46:10past Jensen
46:10the quality
46:11and the delivery
46:12wasn't there
46:12but yeah I think
46:13absolutely
46:14this season
46:14is just about
46:15getting Kieran Tierney
46:16psychologically
46:17feeling good
46:19about himself
46:19as well
46:19because he's
46:20had injuries
46:21he's not been
46:22in the Arsenal side
46:23he's now back
46:24at Celtic
46:24where he obviously
46:25feels at home
46:26with a manager
46:26who adores him
46:28and a support
46:29that I've got
46:30such admiration
46:31for him as well
46:32and I think
46:33those psychological
46:33scars that he's
46:34perhaps had
46:35for the last
46:35couple of years
46:36just takes a bit
46:37of time
46:37just to get rid
46:38of that
46:38and Celtic
46:40will reap
46:40the benefit
46:40of that
46:41but the key
46:41to that
46:42is obviously
46:42just to manage it
46:43you don't want
46:43to push too much
46:44too hard
46:44and then to
46:45pick up an injury
46:46but I think
46:47there is differences
46:48from Taylor
46:49you know
46:49Greg Taylor
46:50has got really
46:50nice feet
46:51and would play
46:52almost as a
46:52second deep
46:54midfielder
46:54alongside
46:54Cal McGregor
46:55in phases of play
46:56I don't think
46:56you'll see Tierney
46:57in there as often
46:58he will be up high
47:00on the inside
47:01or on the outside
47:02because when he's
47:03in that offensive
47:04position I think
47:05he's absolutely
47:06outstanding
47:06Tierney
47:07a Rolls Royce
47:08of a player
47:08Scott
47:09Rio Hattati
47:10can be like that
47:11as well
47:11for Celtic
47:12fantastic strike
47:13today
47:13but a few
47:14dimensions
47:15to this goal
47:16for you
47:16yes I don't
47:18want to take
47:18away from
47:18the quality
47:19from Hattati
47:20but I think
47:20in terms of
47:21Aberdeen
47:21in terms of
47:22set up
47:22and looking
47:23when to press
47:24this Celtic
47:24defence
47:25they're just
47:25not set
47:26they go in
47:27the one
47:27it's a
47:28she-seer
47:28it's too late
47:29it makes up
47:30Alistair Johnson's
47:31mind
47:32into Cal McGregor
47:33and they're out
47:33on the other side
47:34me and Mikey
47:34watched this
47:35a couple of times
47:36it was just so
47:37disjointed
47:37I think
47:38he's got to go
47:39over the runner
47:40and Negrin
47:41he doesn't
47:42and at this
47:42there's at six
47:43he's at seven
47:43trying to find out
47:44where to go
47:44and Hattati
47:45he doesn't even
47:46sprint
47:47he just finds
47:47his way to the
47:48edge of the box
47:48it's a great
47:49find from
47:50Negrin
47:51and Hattati
47:53does the rest
47:53we've seen that
47:54quality time and
47:55time again
47:55but the only
47:56part of the goal
47:57where he could
47:58maybe beat the
47:58goalie from
47:59that area of the
47:59part
48:00he does it
48:00and that's the
48:01quality
48:01it's a wonderful
48:02strike
48:02but Scott's
48:04absolutely spot
48:05and we're not
48:05taking it anyway
48:05for the finish
48:06and even the
48:07build up from
48:07Celtic is great
48:08because what
48:09they've done
48:10is exploit the
48:11weaknesses in
48:12Aberdeen's side
48:13that is an
48:14outstanding goal
48:15I mean that's
48:16up there with
48:17goal of the
48:17season sort of
48:17stuff
48:18but the build up
48:19is well worth
48:20looking at
48:20because to me
48:21this strikes at
48:22the heart of
48:23one of the
48:23major issues
48:24that Aberdeen
48:24have got
48:25you've got a
48:26front line there
48:26that are pressing
48:27the Celtic
48:28back line
48:28but you can't
48:30press like that
48:30when you've got
48:31two guys in
48:32the middle of
48:32the park
48:32and Nielsen
48:33and Shinny
48:33who are never
48:34going to get up
48:35on the game
48:35they don't have
48:36the legs
48:37to do that
48:38so I can
48:39understand what
48:39Ashish is thinking
48:40but what is the
48:41message from the
48:42management team
48:43the team's got to
48:44be connected to
48:45press like that
48:45and exactly the
48:47problem at the end
48:48leads to is
48:49you have a front
48:50line that's
48:50pressing there
48:50a midfield that
48:51can't get up
48:52and then that
48:53gap just gets
48:53bigger because the
48:54midfield drop even
48:55deeper and then
48:56where does
48:57Atate
48:57it's got showed
48:58there
48:58you didn't do
48:59anything other
48:59than just drift
49:00into that position
49:01and the stats that
49:02just show that
49:03there that were
49:03up there
49:04concerning
49:04in terms of
49:05the number of
49:07balls that they
49:08were turning over
49:09high up
49:10they didn't win
49:11any balls high
49:11up the park
49:12and the number
49:13of passes and
49:13balls that they
49:14were giving away
49:14deep was big
49:16for me if I was
49:18involved at
49:19Aberdeen I
49:20really like Dante
49:21Povara I think
49:22he's got good
49:22legs, physicality
49:23and I think he's
49:24good in the ball
49:25as well
49:25and Pala Versa
49:26who we've not
49:27seen this season
49:28again somebody who's
49:29very neat and tidy
49:30on the ball
49:30but
49:31the energy's not
49:33there
49:33it's not
49:33and Jimmy Thielen's
49:34got a big decision
49:35to make because
49:36Helton Nielsen is
49:37his guy
49:38you know
49:39he's always in the
49:40team and Shinny's
49:41his captain
49:42and I don't think
49:43you can play the
49:44two of them together
49:45and he's going to
49:46have to make a big
49:46decision in regards
49:47to what happens
49:48in the middle of
49:48the park
49:48ok
49:49interesting Sunday
49:51to say the least
49:52it was a
49:53fascinating Saturday
49:54as well
50:00this is Lewis
50:03Smith
50:04that's a good
50:05pass
50:06a chance for
50:07Muirhead
50:07it's Pittman
50:10and Livingston
50:13have the lead
50:13Kerry was involved
50:15then Lewis Smith
50:16had this chance
50:17to come forward
50:18saw Robbie Muirhead
50:20whose angle wasn't
50:21good enough for a
50:22shot
50:22it was a great
50:22cutback
50:23and Pittman reacted
50:24fastest
50:25good running
50:30this by Montgomery
50:31this is an
50:31opportunity again
50:32across it comes
50:35to Smith
50:36brilliant play
50:39from Smith
50:40finishing
50:42of the highest
50:43class
50:43well how this
50:45game has turned
50:46around after
50:46Falker's very
50:47bright start to
50:48the match
50:48Livingston have
50:49taken over
50:50Montagna
50:52plaguing it
50:52forward
50:53that's a very
50:53good spin
50:54and turn
50:55and the
50:58handball claim
50:59is made
50:59Andy Winter
51:00wants a
51:00penalty kick
51:01for that
51:02and in the
51:05current world
51:05I think that
51:06will be given
51:06as a penalty
51:07penalties given
51:09Robbie Muirhead
51:11who scored
51:11last week
51:12against Kilmarnock
51:12from the spot
51:13but he's
51:15failed this time
51:15excellent goal
51:18keeping from
51:19Scott Bain
51:19well
51:21Falker are
51:22still in with
51:22a chance
51:23thanks to
51:24Bain
51:24Spencer
51:26and Miller
51:27over the
51:27ball
51:28and the
51:29header
51:29by
51:30McKeever
51:30a brilliant
51:32finish
51:33by Ross
51:34McKeever
51:34from a
51:35splendid
51:36free kick
51:36from Calvin
51:37Miller
51:37for the
51:38flick header
51:38to the
51:39far post
51:40no chance
51:41whatsoever
51:42for the
51:43keeper
51:43that's
51:47played
51:48though
51:48by
51:48the
51:49goal
51:49is a
51:49great
51:49chance
51:50here
51:50McKeever
51:51is on
51:51his own
51:51and that
51:53finishes
51:53it
51:54terrific
51:55finish
51:56by Jeremy
51:56McKeever
51:57the
51:5736 year old
51:58veteran
51:59signed in the
52:00summer
52:00from Willem Tway
52:01in Holland
52:02and he's
52:03surely guaranteed
52:04the points
52:05now
52:05for Livingston
52:07very windy
52:10day here
52:11in Paisley
52:12what can the
52:13goalkeeper do
52:14with that
52:14is it too
52:15long
52:16it's still
52:17in trouble
52:18and there
52:20is
52:20Ohara
52:21oh dear
52:23oh well
52:25should he have
52:27scored
52:27well
52:27I'm in a
52:28charitable
52:29anniversary
52:30mood
52:30and I think
52:32this was a
52:32difficult one
52:33he had to
52:35take it on
52:35the half
52:36volley
52:36that's
52:37never an
52:38easy
52:38chance
52:39to take
52:39and there
52:47is
52:47inside
52:48Saeed
52:49clever
52:50little run
52:51by
52:51Saeed
52:52well
52:54well
52:54well
52:55he
52:55might well
52:56have squared
52:57that
52:57but he
52:59went for
52:59a little
52:59chink
53:00between
53:01goalkeeper
53:01and post
53:02but unfortunately
53:03no chink
53:04was there
53:05Slattery
53:07to take
53:08up he
53:09goes
53:10well
53:12well
53:12well
53:12it curved
53:15round
53:16the defensive
53:17wall
53:17and it's
53:19always difficult
53:19for a
53:20goalkeeper
53:20to take
53:21that's a
53:22man who
53:22is very
53:22alert
53:23that's
53:25pushed
53:25ahead
53:26a younger
53:28back
53:31is so
53:32moody
53:3317 year
53:35old kid
53:36who's
53:37learning
53:37his
53:37profession
53:38I don't
53:39remember
53:40that one
53:40I don't
53:40blame
53:41for that
53:41he just
53:42had to
53:42act
53:43instinctively
53:44as the
53:44ball came
53:45towards him
53:46well you
53:48know
53:48they've had
53:49so few
53:49opportunities
53:50I think
53:51sorry
53:52Evan
53:53I must
53:53put that
53:54down to
53:54a
53:55glaring
53:55miss
53:55Kieran
53:57Phillips
53:57to take
53:58this
53:58little bit
54:00short
54:01mother
54:02with a
54:03clearance
54:04still not
54:05fully away
54:05here's
54:07McManaman
54:07and
54:09Jogic
54:11Sonia
54:13oh this
54:14goalkeeper
54:15I must
54:16say
54:16Callum
54:17Ward
54:17was great
54:18against
54:18Celtic
54:18and I
54:20think he's
54:20proving
54:20today
54:21it was
54:23no flash
54:23in the
54:24pan
54:24with
54:25saves
54:25like

56:57and it
56:57makes for
56:58very fine
56:58viewing
56:59for those
56:59of a
56:59heart's
57:00persuasion
57:00and Celtic
57:01they're both

57:03Aberdeen
57:03at the

57:07let's
57:07talk
57:08Europe
57:08and it

57:10three
57:11Scottish
57:12clubs
57:12Rangers

57:14against
57:14Victoria
57:14Pilsen
57:15on
57:15Tuesday
57:16night
57:16Michael
57:17they've
57:18had
57:18their
57:18issues
57:18in the
57:19league
57:19that's
57:19well
57:19documented
57:20in
57:20Europe
57:20they seem
57:20a different
57:21beast
57:21will they get
57:22the job
57:22done
57:22against
57:22Victoria
57:23Pilsen
57:24hopefully
57:24I think
57:26Victoria
57:27Pilsen were
57:27very poor
57:28at Ibrox
57:29and Rangers
57:29were very
57:29good
57:30and if the
57:32two sides
57:32perform at that
57:33level then I
57:34can't see
57:34anything other
57:34than Rangers
57:35being able to
57:35see off
57:36the task
57:37over in the
57:38Czech Republic

57:44I'm
57:45expecting
57:45sunshine on
57:45Leif's
57:46listen
57:46I think
57:46the 2-0
57:47lead it can
57:48be tricky
57:48at times
57:49but I think
57:49Hibbs will
57:50learn a lot
57:50from them
57:50today
57:50and I
57:51think
57:51with a
57:52back to
57:52Easter
57:53road
57:53crowd
57:53I can't
57:54see
57:54anything
57:54other than
57:55a Hibbs
57:55win
57:56that was
57:56fantastic

58:04done
58:05it's
58:05going to

58:05very
58:05tough
58:06obviously
58:06we've been
58:07talking about
58:07the fact
58:08that injuries
58:08are mounting
58:08up for
58:09Jim Gooden's
58:10side as well
58:10but they've
58:11got a good
58:12bit of grit
58:12and determination
58:13about them
58:13hopefully they
58:14can get
58:14it done
