00:00So here I have some pre-scured chicken kebabs. I simply cut some chicken breasts, put some veggies
00:18in between. I'm simply going to put them on my sheet pan and spray a little bit of olive oil
00:23right over them. My oven is preheating to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. If you did marinate the
00:29chicken first or you're not using a sauce to baste these skewers with, you could just sprinkle your
00:34favorite seasoning, but definitely you want to add some salt right over the top. And let's put them in
00:39the oven. So these chicken skewers cooked in my 375 degree oven for about 25 minutes. How long they
00:47cook, it's going to vary by the size of your chicken. Now if you have really big chicken pieces, it's going
00:52to take a little bit longer give and take, an extra 10 minutes maybe, to reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Of
00:58course, you can always use a kitchen thermometer. That is the best way to make sure that your chicken
01:02is fully cooked. Go ahead and click that red subscribe button. You and I get to cook together
01:06a few times a week. I have the oven preheating to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. You can bake the frozen
01:15burgers directly on a baking sheet, but when you do that, the burger kind of cooks in its own grease
01:22and that's totally okay. If you have one of these cookie cooling racks, what's really helpful is to
01:28place it on top of your baking sheet and then take your burger and place it right on top. This way, as it
01:35cooks, the grease will drip into the pan and help the hot air circulate around your burger, similar to a
01:43barbecue grate outside. You can cook your burgers just like that, straight in the oven, but if you like your meat
01:48seasoned, personally, I like to take some garlic salt and place it right over the top of my burgers. This is
01:54going to help give a little bit of seasoning to my burger meat. You can also use your favorite all-purpose
01:59seasoning too. Now, I'm going to bake these in my preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the
02:06thickness of your burger. You can always use a meat thermometer to check for doneness so the burgers are cooked
02:12just the way you like them. And just like that, these burgers are done. This is why I love using the cookie
02:18rack. Check it out. All the grease is at the bottom and your burgers are nicely done. If you want to
02:24add cheese on top of your burgers, you can do that directly in the oven for about a minute before they
02:29come out so they're nice and melty. Otherwise, you can bring them out and dress them as you like. And
02:35of course, the burgers are cooked all the way through. Let me show you. These burgers are ready to be served.
02:40Here, I have four ears of corn that I've already removed them from the husk and they're ready to go.
02:49Here, I've got some melted butter. I'm going to be using whole garlic cloves for today's recipe. If you
02:54don't have any, you could also use garlic powder. Now, we're going to make some garlic butter and to do
02:58that, you could use a large knife and mince your garlic or do it the easy way like I do when I take a
03:04grater and grate it right into the butter. Make sure to flip it over and remove all that garlic from the
03:10bottom. To that, we're also going to add a little bit of salt and then just take a small spoon and
03:15mix it all around. I've got some pieces of foil into squares that I'm going to use to wrap each ear
03:22of corn. So I'm going to place the corn directly in the middle of the foil. Every time you want to mix
03:28this garlic butter really well and then take a spoon and pour it right over and then you want to
03:36rub it all around and then we're going to wrap it up in foil. Now, I like to do this big simple packet
03:44as opposed to real tight. It just makes it easier afterwards. As I wrap each of them, I'm just placing
03:49them on the sheet pan that'll go in the oven and these are going to go in a preheated oven just like
03:53this for about 30 minutes. Guys, these little packets smell amazing and I haven't even opened
04:00them. So what's great is that everything you need is inside of these. Check it out. And just like
04:06that, the oven did all the work. Watch this next video and I'll see you next time.
