00:07We are living in a challenging time, a time that has affected the human brain,
00:11making it difficult for people to focus and sit still for long periods.
00:15However, this isn't necessarily a bad thing.
00:17If this era has made people lazy, depressed, this can actually be good for you.
00:22It makes it easier for you to surpass them, to become better than them, to stand out from them.
00:26Because, whether we like it or not, life is a competition.
00:30If your competitor is weak, it will be easier for you to outperform and succeed.
00:34So, how can you achieve that?
00:36The solution is to change the way you approach life.
00:39If life is a journey, the average person moves through it slowly.

01:47Most people are intoxicated and unaware of their own lives or those of others.
01:52That's why you need to wake up, confront yourself and your problems, and strive and think and work hard.

05:28First, this type of thought stays in the brain for 90 seconds.
05:32This is their lifespan in your mind.
05:34All you need to do is get up, sit for 90 seconds, breathe well, and relax.
05:39After this time passes, this thought won't affect you.
05:41With these methods I've mentioned, if you follow them, you'll reach a state of focus that few people have in this time.
