00:00Hi guys, I'm Matt. I'm the new store-in-law manager for Joe and the Juice in the UK.
00:05I'm super excited to open the store in Bristol tomorrow.
00:09We have an amazing new site. It's actually our first location in the southwest,
00:13but we have a really exciting plan coming up tomorrow.
00:18It's an amazing interactive arts space, as you can see behind me,
00:22and a really nice artistic introduction to such an amazing city in Bristol.
00:27Oh, and here, tell us a bit about Joe and the Juice, and what can Brasolans expect?
00:33So Joe and the Juice, we're a Danish brand. We were founded in 2002 in Copenhagen.
00:38And our concept is all about fresh, healthy products made to order in an open kitchen,
00:44so you can see what's going into your products and customise them.
00:48But we're all about the health concept. That's what really drives our brand.
00:51Oh, and could you tell us a bit about the menu, and what products we can expect?
00:58So Joe and the Juice is a bit not really like a typical coffee shop.
01:02We have a pretty big menu. We have fresh juices, of course, coffee, specialty coffee,
01:09freshly made sandwiches, which uses our signature Danish fried bread.
01:12And then we have some cool products, like acai bowls, and matcha as well.
01:18Cool. And do you have any recommendations that you'd give Bristolians?
01:23If I had to pick one Juice, it would probably be the Herb Tonic Juice,
01:27but I like a bit of lemon in mine. It goes really well.
01:29It's got ginger, turmeric, it's got a bit of a kick to it, if you like that.
01:33But it tastes great as well.
01:35Well, and how was Bristol chosen for the first Southwest location?
01:40Well, we really like the artistic flair Bristol has.
01:44It really aligns closely with our brand, being so colourful.
01:48I mean, our signature pinks, just look at us.
01:50And also the health-conscious nature of our brand really aligns closely
01:55with what we're seeing trending in Bristol.
01:58Oh, thank you. That's the main questions I had.
02:00Is there anything you'd like to add?
02:03No, just come to the store tomorrow at 11am.
02:06We're going to have a fantastic launch with some really cool interactions
02:10to meet you.
02:10Well, thank you.
