PhilHealth chief sorry over glitches in eGov app

PhilHealth President and CEO Edwin Mercado on Aug. 7, 2025 apologizes for the glitches of the eGov app after users reported having problems with accessing its services. On July 25, PhilHealth launched its digital services through the eGov app. The integration of its services through the app aims to help beneficiaries view coverage, manage consultations, and receive medication assistance.
