00:50you can do your due diligence and you can look at how you think it works but when you get your feet
00:57under the table they're coming from a different culture, a different sport and they would have
01:02looked at it and thought we'll just roll in and we'll get it you know back in what our knowledge
01:08tells us about an American sport. I'm sure there was some things that totally surprised them and I
01:14think being down there is only good news for Glasgow Rangers but the one thing they can
01:23understand or get overnight is the culture here in the west of Scotland that they will get it right.

01:45exact same thing. If Russell's got, if he's choosing the players his knowledge is of English football
01:51as it was for me you know I spent the vast majority of my playing days in England
01:58so that was the players I knew better than anywhere else so hopefully it's a formula that works for him as well.
