00:15Scotty Scheffler deserves to be a two- to three-to-one favorite, and he keeps proving it all the time.

00:23I mean, look at the way he boat raced everybody at the last major championship.
00:27He's won two of four this year.
00:28He's won multiple times.
00:29He's won a bunch of times on the PGA Tour.
00:32You know, a lot of people maybe aren't familiar with this that are watching right now,
00:35but there are markets out there that you can bet without Scotty.
00:38Now, you're going to take a hit on the overall outright odds.
00:41But you know what?
00:42Like, I like Matt Fitzpatrick this week, right?
00:44He's 28-to-one with Scotty in the field, but he's 22-to-one with Scotty not in the field.
00:49Well, guess what?
00:50You know, Donnie could come up with 10 wins on a Sunday on the NFL, right?
00:55And he's still not going to get 22-to-one.
00:57If Matt wins this week on Sunday, you get the four-day lottery.
01:00So, for me, I think people, sometimes they're like, oh, I'm not getting the number I want.
01:04How about just a nice big number on golf and picking somebody that if they finish first or second behind Scotty, you still get the victory?
01:12Let's take a look at this golf course here as it plays out.

01:22That's why these guys are playing.
01:23Give us a look at how this course is going to play out and some of those keys that we can use on some of these individuals.
01:30Donnie, before I drop the keys, let's just talk real quick.
01:33Last year, after the tournament was over, they did a complete renovation of the golf course.
01:36All 18 greens would have been re-grassed.
01:39They did a little bit of manipulation, and they added some size to the green surfaces.
01:43They used to be about 4,300 square feet on average.
01:45They're 4,500 square feet on average.
01:47Now, some people think that makes it easier, but I actually think that makes it harder at the tour level
01:52because that gives those tournament officials the opportunity to tuck more pins, which makes, you know,
01:57these guys always fire at them, so they short-side themselves.
02:00So, the first key of the week has got to be approach play.
02:03We have zoysia grass in the fairways, and the ball's going to sit up.
02:07If you are a great ball striker on approach, anywhere from 150 to 175 yards, that's your sweet spot.
02:13Those are the guys.
02:13The second key is that with brand-new greens, and we've seen this before, when they're immature,
02:18they're super firm, they're super bouncy.
02:20Memphis or TPC Southwind, where we are this week, is not a big short game, you know,
02:26need skill set type golf course.
02:28So, what I think you need to do is you're going to get some bad bounces this week over these greens,
02:33and you're going to need to be savvy with your short game to save a couple pars down the stretch,
02:37especially for the contenders.
02:39I would throw that in the mix.
02:40And the third thing is that, you know, we're back on Bermuda grass again.
02:43So, those Bermuda grass putters, you've got to make some putts.
02:46Average winning score here, since they went to a WGC at a playoff event, is about 15, 16 under par,
02:51so you're going to have to make some subpar scores.
