00:22We're talking almost 8,000 yards.
00:24So what are we going to do?
00:25We have to take guys that obviously are pretty big off the tee.
00:28And I'll tell you, Scheffler, he's knocking on the door, and the books aren't stupid.
00:31These guys, they do it for a living.
00:32He's 3-1.
00:33It's horrible, horrible odds.
00:35But I got to be honest with you, Scheffler, like, I like him a lot this week.
00:40But how do we attack him?
00:41You can attack him from two ways, guys.
00:42If you want to take Scotty Scheffler, maybe take a flyer, a 10-1.
00:46I saw an 11 on first-round leader.
00:48Or you can hope that he, which he's been doing all year, come out of the gate a little bit
00:52slow
00:53and maybe get him at, like, a 5 or a 6 if that's the way you want to play him.
00:56But, guys, I'm going with big hitting Chris Goddorup, Pride of New Jersey,
00:59by way of Rutgers and Oklahoma at 25-1.
01:02Hideki Matsuyama, to me, checks all the boxes.
01:06Hideki, keep it in the fairway.
01:07We know you can hit it long and hit a couple putts, and you'll be there at 35.
01:10And it's weird.
01:12As Justin Rose gets older, it's not like he's getting any shorter off the tee.
01:16Let's remember, guys, he's in contention at the Masters.
01:18He's just playing great golf right now.
01:20So at 40-1, those are my outrights.
01:22I really, really worry.
01:23I also took Donnie and Joe, I took Scheffler at top 5, minus 135.
01:27I know we're laying a little bit of juice, but I know he's going to be there this week.
01:31This course is so long.
01:33It's up to him.
01:33Even when he's back, that's the time to bet him.
01:36But if he comes out of the gate hot, these guys could be in trouble.
01:38Kind of like Matt Fitzpatrick the last two weeks, guys.
01:41And thank God, if Matt Fitzpatrick was in this field, we could have a great tournament.
01:45I was hoping he'd play another week.
01:46But he needs a break after just crushing it with himself and his brother the last couple
01:50weeks.
01:53Cam, it's hard to believe it's been a decade since they've played at Doral in the blue.
01:58Most of these guys that are playing this don't even remember when it was an actual tournament.
02:03Guys like Justin Rose will actually have experience.
02:07And it is, shoot, it's almost 7,800 yards.
02:10It's flat.
02:11But my goodness, it's not an easy course.
02:14You got to think maybe some of the old-timers got a little bit of an edge here coming back
02:19to this course.

02:21And that's what you see on my leaderboard.
02:22Other than Goddorup, who hits it big and has adapted to big, long courses and has a total
02:26game, I'm looking at guys like Hideki Matsuyama.
02:29Like, that's what I'm thinking.
02:30And you said it, Justin Rose.
02:32Justin Rose is contending in every damn tournament.
02:35I don't care how long it is.
02:36I don't care how short it is.
02:37He's a guy that knows every trick in the book.
02:39What do you have to be here?
02:40Joe mentioned it.
02:41It is long.
02:42It is mean.
02:43But also, if you spray it, you're going to get behind some trees, and that could be an
02:46issue.
02:47Other than that, if you're hitting it long and straight, you have a chance on this course.
02:50That's advantage big ball hitters.
02:52That's why I got veterans in the list.
02:53I got Hideki Matsuyama, who I think is a great fit for this golf course.
02:57And Justin Rose, who's just basically getting better as he's getting older.
03:01But guys, be very, very careful.
03:03Units, spread him around.
03:04Scotty Scheffler.
03:05He's got smoke coming out his ears.
03:06He's going to win one of these weeks, and it probably is going to be this week.
03:09But I'm going to look for other ways to attack him and other guys in this tournament.
03:13I'm going to look for little disappointment.
