00:22or GOCC, hospitals are now responding to the so-called patient influx issue.
00:27Based on data, the status quo in PGH is at 400% over capacity, in which 300 emergency
00:35patients are on record. Yet its maximum bed capacity is only 75. According to the DOH,
00:41they have already informed hospitals, clinics, ambulances, and doctors to avoid bringing
00:45patients to PGH.
