00:18According to the Pavelia Senior House Officer, Dr. Jeglen Cruz,

00:26Mami Leia May Razo was the first woman to give birth at the new Pavelia Hospital.

00:33Pavelia is one of the largest maternal and newborn tertiary hospitals in Southeast Asia.

00:39That is why it is important for the hospital to register the newborns at the new year.

00:46Even if there are no incentives to give birth to a new year baby,

00:51for this year, they will not be paid for giving birth.
