00:00Well, I think what we're seeing in terms of protest is driven by frustration that rather than reduce the number of hotels being used and people in hotels, there's more people in hotels now.
00:11And that's because the figures are continuing to go up.
00:14So people are perfectly entitled to protest within the law without harassing individuals.
00:21And that reflects the concern that they feel. In my own area of Norfolk, there's been concern that a hotel that had families in was going to be changed to a hotel that just had young males on, which would have been inappropriate for the location where it is.
00:33And I think the government needs to be more working with local MPs, with councils and authorities who understand and know their communities to advise them and to indicate where these hotels would be best placed.
00:44And that's the best way to diffuse the pressure and the concern that people are feeling.
