03:15And as polling stations closed, we go now to our correspondent, Bruno Falsi, who is in Caracas, with more details on how this democratic process is unfolding. Hello, Bruno.
03:25I'm Bruno, and we are again here in Caracas, in the center of the city of Venezuela, where has happened this election for the mayors and for the first public committee.

04:23But remember that in Venezuela, the vote is not obligatory. And so it's a great participation for this kind of election, a municipal election. Now they are out of the voting as in this school. We are in Andres Bayo School, one of many schools in all the country where has happened this election.
04:47The election. Remember that at the same time that mayors and councils are being voted, many young people, they are protagonized a historical moment in Venezuela where more than 5,338 communes voted in seven projects. Each of these communes voted in seven projects.
05:15They elected two projects where they elected two projects that are going to be financed by the state. And these young people are going to improve their lives in their neighborhoods. For example, they like sports. So they asked for construct poly-sportive.
05:36And they need better schools, better streets, bus to take their work or their job. And so everything happened fine. And now we have to wait for the results.
05:54So this is now our third school where we passed. And we just have to wait to know what happened in this election where participate the opposition and government force. So keep following Telesur to know more. Now we go back to Alejandra with Alejandra in La Habana.
