00:00The island is open for business, open for visitors. I just came through the airport and was hounded by people who could not get a flight to get across to Tobago. Most of those that I saw came in this morning on JetBlue. So it means that we are getting international visitors. We are getting trainees coming up. Tobago is the most peaceful place to be right now.
00:24The only people that we will hope not to welcome are those that might be running from the police. We hope the police will be able to catch them before they cross the border. But we welcome everybody else to the island. And we are preparing for a beautiful remainder of this July-August. The Heritage is wrapping up this week. We're preparing for the launch of the October Carnival.
00:49Bans have already launched a long time ago and I know the island is preparing for that. So things are looking up and we are going to continue to press forward.
