00:11A preliminary report said that these companies engaged in a carefully designed scheme

00:15to divert public funds worth Rs 3,000 crore to mislead financial institutions.

00:20According to reports, this money was received by the promoters of Yes Bank,

00:24and the ED is now investigating the alleged nexus between these companies and Yes Bank.

00:29This comes just days after SBI called Reliance Communications or RCOM promoter Anilambani fraud under RBI guidelines.

00:37Multiple agencies like SEBI, Bank of Baroda, NFRA and NFB contributed to the investigation.

00:43The raids were conducted under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act

00:46and followed two FIRs registered by the CBI against companies in the Reliance Anilambani Group or RAGA.
