08:47Forgiveness.

08:54The next enemy is greed.
08:55The insatiable desire to have more.
08:58More money.
08:59More power.

09:01The greedy mind is never satisfied.
09:03It always fears loss.
09:06And in that fear, it forgets to enjoy what it already has.
09:09The solution lies in contentment, in the art of appreciating simplicity, of knowing when enough is truly enough.

09:21I am special.
09:23I know everything.
09:24Ego builds walls between you and the divine.

09:59Everything that unfolds in our lives, unfolds through divine grace.
10:03Becoming aware of the five inner enemies, lust, anger, greed, attachment and ego, and working to overcome them gradually, is the true spiritual practice.
10:14But this isn't something you can achieve in a single day.
10:17It's a lifelong journey.
10:19A continuous process that demands alertness and mindful effort every step of the way.
10:23Before we plant the seed of inner power, we must first prepare the ground where it will take root.
10:30Just like a farmer who tills the earth, removing stones and softening the soil before sowing seeds, we too must ready our body and mind to receive a higher spiritual experience.
10:42There are three foundational elements in this preparation.
10:45Purity, life force, and focused awareness.
10:50Let's begin with the first.
10:52Purity.
10:52This purity must exist on two levels, external and internal.
10:58External purity means keeping your body clean and maintaining a clean, uncluttered environment around you.
11:04However, what holds even greater importance is the internal purity, the kind that shapes your inner world.
11:12This type of purity is cultivated through what you consume and the quality of your thoughts.
11:17Your diet affects your consciousness more deeply than you might think.
11:20The food you eat directly influences the state of your mind.
11:24Heavily processed, stale, or overcooked food, along with meat or alcohol, tend to lower your energetic vibration.
11:32They weigh you down mentally and physically, making you sluggish and more susceptible to negative emotions.
11:37This kind of dense, tamasic food drains the light from your consciousness.
11:42In contrast, eating fresh, wholesome, plant-based foods, fruits, vegetables, grains, milk, and yogurt, supports a calm, clear, and elevated state of mind.
11:53This is what is known as a sattvic diet.
11:56Such foods uplift your energy, making your body light and your mind peaceful, ultimately supporting your ability to meditate and connect deeply with yourself.
12:05But diet is only one half of the equation.
12:09Equally crucial is the purity of thought.
12:12What do you allow your mind to dwell on?
12:15Are your thoughts laced with criticism, jealousy, resentment, or fear?
12:20Or are you cultivating feelings of kindness, love, compassion, and gratitude?
12:26Negative thoughts are like a slow poison.
12:29They eat away at your inner power, without you even realizing it.
12:33The practice of replacing negative patterns with uplifting, truthful, and loving thoughts is what brings purity to the mind.
12:40Now let's talk about the second element, prana, the life force.
12:44Prana is not just the act of breathing, it is the subtle energy that animates the entire universe, flowing through us via our breath.
12:53Ancient sages realized that mastering this life force is the key to mastering the mind and the entire energy system within.
13:01This mastery over the breath is known as pranayama.
13:04When you're stressed, afraid, or angry, notice how your breathing becomes shallow and rapid.
13:10And when you're relaxed or joyful, your breath becomes slower, deeper, and rhythmic.
13:15But here's the key insight.
13:17This relationship goes both ways.
13:20If you can consciously slow and deepen your breath, you can bring stillness to your mind, regardless of what's happening around you.
13:26Breathing practices strengthen the nervous system, harmonize the energy channels within the body, and prepare you for the activation of your central energy channel, the sushumna nadi.
13:39This channel is essential in awakening the dormant spiritual power known as kundalini.
13:45Through proper breathing techniques, you create a balanced inner environment, laying the foundation for deeper spiritual awakening.
13:52And now we come to the third, and perhaps most essential pillar, concentration.
13:58The human mind by its nature is restless.
14:01It flits from thought to thought like a monkey swinging from branch to branch.
14:05One moment it is lost in memories of the past, and the next it's daydreaming about the future.
14:11Rarely, if ever, does it rest fully in the present moment.
14:15And yet, it is in the present that all real power lies.
14:18When the mind is scattered, your energy becomes fragmented and weak.
14:23But when you learn to bring your focus to a single point, you unlock tremendous inner strength.
14:29Think of sunlight.
14:30When its rays are spread out, it's warm.
14:33But if you use a magnifying lens to concentrate those rays on a single point, they can ignite a fire.
14:40Similarly, concentration focuses your mental energy and can spark a powerful transformation within.
14:45The practice of bringing your mind to one place again and again is the core of true spiritual discipline.
14:53It's not just about sitting still.
14:55It's about learning to direct all the forces of your awareness toward one truth, one goal, one presence.
15:02By now, you can see that this 15-minute spiritual experiment is not some magical shortcut.
15:07It is the fruit of inner preparation, of aligning your mind, body, and breath into one harmonious rhythm.
15:15The three keys, purification, pranic energy, and focused awareness, unlock the gate to the deeper powers that reside within you.

16:12Step 1.
16:13Preparation.
16:142 minutes.
16:15Find a quiet, undisturbed space in your home where you won't be interrupted for the next 15 to 20 minutes.
16:21If possible, put your phone on silent.
16:24Now, take a seat comfortably on the floor.
16:26You may sit cross-legged in a relaxed position, Sukhasana, or in Ardha Padmasana, or Full Padmasana, whichever is easiest and most comfortable for you.
16:38If you're unable to sit on the floor, that's perfectly fine.
16:42Sit on a chair, but make sure your spine remains straight and your feet are flat on the ground.
16:47Keep your back upright, but without tension.
16:50Let your shoulders drop and relax naturally.
16:52Place your hands on your knees, palms facing upward.
16:57Bring your fingers into a relaxed, meditative position.
17:00Jnana Mudra
17:01Now gently close your eyes.
17:04Hold a deep and sincere intention in your heart.
17:07A sacred resolve.
17:09This intention should not be for any material gain.
17:12Instead, it should be,
17:14O Divine Creator, O Inner Power residing within me.
17:19I enter this practice today to discover myself, to recognize the divine force that lives within me.

17:29Step 2.
17:30Awareness of the Breath
17:315 minutes.
17:34Now gently shift your awareness to your breath.
17:36Let your attention rest completely on the natural flow of your inhalation and exhalation.
17:43You don't need to control your breath.
17:45Just observe it as it is, like a silent witness.
17:49Feel the cool air entering through your nostrils, and the slightly warm air leaving as you exhale.
17:55Keep your entire focus gently on this rhythm.
17:58Notice how your chest and abdomen rise and fall effortlessly with each breath.
18:03If thoughts arise, don't engage with them and don't resist them.
18:08Just observe them as you would watch clouds float by in the sky.
18:12Let them pass, and return your focus gently to your breath.
18:16This simple observation will help settle your mind and bring you fully into the now.
18:22With every breath, your mind is becoming quieter.
18:25Your body is softening.
18:26The outer world is fading into the background.
18:29You're starting to enter your own inner space.
18:31In this stillness, begin to feel how your body is relaxing.
18:36Your mind is finding peace.
18:38The noise of the outside world is retreating.
18:41You are stepping into the sacred temple of your inner self.
18:44Step 3.
18:46Awareness on the Energy Center
18:475 minutes.
18:50Now we are going to gently guide our awareness toward a very special energy center within us.
18:55Our body is home to seven major energy chakras, each a unique gateway into deeper consciousness.
19:03Today, we will be focusing our awareness on the space located directly between our eyebrows, right in the center of the forehead.
19:09This point is often referred to as the Ajna Chakra, or what many call the third eye.
19:16It's the center of inner wisdom, spiritual insight, and higher vision, the gateway to the deeper knowing that transcends the physical world.
19:25With your eyes gently closed, allow your entire focus to settle on this subtle point between the brows.
19:33You don't need to force anything.
19:35There's no need to press hard or concentrate with tension.
19:39Simply rest your awareness there, lightly, naturally, as if you are listening to a faint whisper in complete stillness.
19:45Now begin to visualize a small point of radiant light at this center, a shimmering dot glowing either with a deep indigo hue or a golden white brilliance.
19:56See this light as calm, soothing, and vibrant.
20:00Let your mind rest in that gentle spark of energy.
20:04Imagine that with every breath you inhale, this point of light becomes brighter, fuller, and more powerful.
20:09And with each exhalation, that light gently expands, spreading waves of peace and clarity throughout your entire brain and nervous system.
20:19To deepen this state of meditation, we will now silently begin the repetition of a sacred sound, the Bija Mantra, Aum.
20:29But there is no need to speak it aloud.
20:31Just chant it mentally, allowing it to resonate within the mind and body.
20:36As you breathe in, imagine the entire universe, all the divine cosmic energy, entering through your third eye as a silent vibration of Aum.
20:45And as you breathe out, feel the echo of that sound reverberate through every cell of your being.
20:52Let the sacred frequency fill your entire inner world with stillness and awareness.
20:58Keep your attention softly centered on that space between your brows, while continuing the mental repetition of Aum.
21:04Allow yourself to settle into deep stillness.
21:08Even a few moments of silence can offer profound inner shifts.
21:12During this phase, you may begin to notice different sensations.
21:16Perhaps you feel a light pressure or a soft pulsation between your eyebrows.
21:21Maybe there's a subtle warmth or vibration.
21:24You might even see faint flickers of light or different colors behind your closed eyes.
21:28For some, the body begins to feel unusually light, as if it's barely there at all.
21:34You may sense a profound peace or a blissful joy rising within, or you may feel absolutely nothing.
21:40And if nothing seems to happen, that too is completely okay.
21:44Don't worry or try to force anything.
21:47Each individual's experience is unique.
21:49Even in the absence of sensation, this practice is still affecting your subtle body in powerful and unseen ways.
21:57The seed has already been planted.
21:59All you need to do is remain present, observing whatever is happening, without judgment or expectation.
22:05Just allow the process to unfold.
22:08Now we gently move to the next phase.
22:11Returning with gratitude.
22:13Slowly begin to let go of the OM repetition.
22:16Withdraw your awareness from the third eye, and bring your attention back into the whole body.
22:24Begin to feel your entire physical form once again.
22:28Start with small movements.
22:30Wiggle your fingers, then your toes, softly and mindfully.
22:35Feel the quiet energy that now resides within you, like a calm ocean under the surface of your skin.
22:42Bring a heartfelt feeling of gratitude into your mind.
22:44Gratitude toward that supreme universal power, and toward your own soul that granted you this moment of inner connection.
22:53Now gently rub your palms together, creating warmth between your hands.
22:58When you feel a gentle heat rising in your palms, softly place them over your closed eyes.
23:03Let yourself feel the energy and warmth of your own touch, sinking into your eyes, into your face, into your being.
23:11Stay in that stillness for a few moments longer.
23:14When you're ready, slowly lower your hands and very gently open your eyes.
23:18Take your time.
23:20Let the outer world come back into focus, slowly, gently.
23:24Welcome back.
23:26Carry this experience within you.
23:28You might feel a sense of lightness now, a new calm or clarity.
23:33You may feel more alive, more connected to yourself.
23:37This is a glimpse of your own inner power.
23:40Just a drop from the boundless ocean of energy that resides within you.
23:45If you've engaged in this practice sincerely, even for a few minutes, you've touched a new dimension of consciousness.
23:51But this isn't the end.
23:54This is just the beginning.
23:56This is the first step of an inner journey.
23:59Just as a seed needs sunlight and water to grow, this inner light also needs regular nourishment through practice.

24:11Do it when you wake up in the morning or just before you go to bed.
24:15The more consistently you practice, the deeper you'll go.
24:19You'll begin to connect with your hidden potential.

24:32Remember, the greatest divine power is not the ability to perform miracles or levitate.
24:38The greatest spiritual power is the ability to master your own mind.

24:48The greatest divinity is the capacity to see God in every living being and to carry a heart full of love and compassion for all.
