00:00Have you ever found yourself lost in thought while gazing at the stars wondering,
00:05is anyone really out there listening to me? Not just hearing the noise we make,
00:10but truly understanding the quiet inside of us, that deep, sacred place in the heart
00:15where our real feelings live. So many people in quiet moments feel that if there is anyone
00:21who can truly understand what they're going through, it's God. And yet, a single painful
00:26question echoes through their being. Why can't I talk to God? Why does he feel so far away from me?
00:34Why does it seem like I'm calling out into silence? In truth, it's not that God is absent.
00:40The real issue is that we've forgotten how to listen. In the journey we're about to take together,
00:46we won't be talking about myths or fantasy. We're going deep into a kind of spiritual science,
00:52a path that doesn't ask for blind belief, but invites personal experience. An experience that
00:58will bring you closer to God in a way that feels real, alive, and transformative. Not just a concept
01:04or a tradition passed down, but a living presence felt inside of you, in your breath, in your emotions,
01:11in your stillness. One spiritual teacher once said, finding God is not an act of imagination,
01:17imagination. It's an act of inner discovery. And that discovery doesn't require rituals or religious
01:22titles. You don't have to leave your home, or climb a sacred mountain, or spend years in a forest.
01:29The sacred path doesn't begin outside, it begins within you. The real pilgrimage is inward,
01:34and the first step is stillness. Every time you sit quietly and turn your attention toward your own
01:40soul, really listen, really feel, that's when the dialogue with God begins. But here's the truth.
01:47The modern world has made it incredibly hard to be still. Our phones buzz. Notifications pop up.
01:54Our attention is constantly being stolen. We've trained ourselves to stay busy, to keep moving,
01:59to never stop. And in doing so, we've lost touch with our own divine presence. We think God is silent,
02:06but in truth, we are the ones making too much noise to hear Him. The voice of the divine speaks
02:12through silence. That's why it's so important to reclaim that silence, to learn how to sit in it,
02:18breathe through it, and eventually feel through it. The divine isn't heard in the language of the mind.
02:25The divine is felt in the stillness of the heart. Ask yourself, have you ever prayed and then sat long
02:31enough to listen afterward? Have you ever truly been still enough to let the answer rise from within?
02:36Most people pray like they're throwing words into the wind, desperately hoping for a response. But
02:42they forget that prayer is not a monologue. It's a conversation. And conversations only happen
02:48when we allow room for silence. True contact with the divine isn't achieved through repetition or
02:55dramatic rituals. It happens when the heart is full of longing and sincerity, when your desire for
03:01connection becomes more important than your need for answers. Think of a child crying for their parent,
03:08not because they want candy or toys, but because they just want to be held, that pure, vulnerable
03:14longing that is the seed of divine connection, that is the real prayer. And when that kind of love is
03:21present, God answers, not always with words but with presence, sometimes with a peace that wraps around
03:27you, sometimes with a warmth in your chest, sometimes with a gentle tear that flows without a reason.
03:34That is not weakness. That is the soul responding to grace. Many people think they need something
03:40magical to reach God, a sacred mantra, an enlightened guru, a perfect environment. But you already have
03:47what you need. Your heart is the most sacred place on earth. That's where God waits. That's where truth
03:53lives. That's where love never left. You just have to return there. So take time each day, five minutes,
03:58ten minutes more if you can, and sit in silence. Close your eyes, breathe and feel. Call out from your
04:05soul. You can say God or Beloved or Light or simply you. Call with love, not with demands. And then wait,
04:14not impatiently, but with faith. At first, you may feel nothing. But over time, something starts to change.
04:22At first, you'll notice your breath slowing, your thoughts softening. Then one day, in that quiet,
04:29you'll feel it. Something you can't explain. A presence. A knowing. An intimacy deeper than anything
04:37you've ever felt. You'll begin to realize this is not just you sitting alone. Something is here with
04:43you. Something ancient, infinite and utterly loving. That moment, that is the first contact. And from there,
04:49everything changes. This first contact with the divine is not the final destination. It is the
04:55beginning of a lifelong relationship. A connection that, if nurtured, deepens with every breath, every
05:01meditation, every act of surrender. But the next question that arises in many hearts is this. How can I
05:08make this connection permanent? How can I feel this divine presence, not just once, but every day,
05:14every hour, in every situation? The answer lies in consistency. Just as a plant grows stronger with
05:22daily sunlight and water, your connection to the divine strengthens with regular attention.
05:27Meditation is not a one-time key that unlocks everything. It is the ongoing conversation,
05:33the sacred doorway, the practice of remembering what is already within you. Even if your first few
05:38experiences in silence feel empty or restless, do not give up. You are not failing. You are learning to
05:45quiet a mind that has been noisy for years, even decades. Each time you sit down to meditate, you are
05:51telling your soul, I am ready to listen again. And that act alone begins to change you. As this spiritual
06:00relationship grows, so will your awareness. You'll start noticing small shifts, a new kind of calm in
06:07difficult situations, a softness in how you view others, a quiet strength that wasn't there before.
06:15These are not coincidences. These are signs that your inner world is being touched by something far
06:20greater than you. But remember, the mind is not always cooperative. It will resist stillness. It will
06:29question, complain, distract. That is its nature. Don't hate it for that. Train it. Teach it.
06:37Guide it. Guide it. Gently and with patience. This is why discipline is needed. Not harsh, punishing
06:44discipline, but loving and clear intent. Just like you would guide a child to rest when they are
06:50overtired, you must guide your own thoughts toward peace. Peace doesn't come by chance. It comes through
06:57practice. And yet, even with practice, obstacles will come. You might feel sleepy during meditation,
07:04or restless, or even agitated. You may start to doubt yourself. You may feel as if the divine has
07:10vanished. But the truth is, he never left. These moments of difficulty are not the absence of God.
07:18They are the layers of resistance within you rising to the surface. They are not punishment. They are
07:23purification. When challenges arise, external or internal, see them as part of the sacred process.
07:30Every obstacle is an invitation to go deeper, to stay committed, to stay present. Remember,
07:38the deeper your love, the stronger the tests. Not because God wants to break you, but because your
07:44soul is being strengthened. There may be moments when your body aches, your mind wanders, or your life
07:51feels chaotic. But in those very moments, sit down anyway. Close your eyes anyway. Say,
07:58I am here. Because every time you show up despite the discomfort, your spiritual roots grow deeper.
08:06You begin to trust that God is not just a being in the sky, but a presence living through your every
08:11experience. Sometimes you'll feel nothing during meditation, and then suddenly in the middle of your
08:17day, you'll feel a wave of love wash over you for no reason. Or you'll wake up with clarity about
08:23something that's been bothering you. Or you'll find yourself forgiving someone without effort.
08:28These are signs that the divine is moving through you, gently, silently, but surely. It is important to
08:36understand that God does not always speak in the way humans do. He doesn't use sentences. He speaks in
08:43stillness, in energy, in moments of pure knowing, a quiet reassurance, a subtle warmth, a flash of
08:50insight, a peace that doesn't make sense. These are all his language. Sometimes in meditation, you might
08:57feel like someone is standing near you, although you are alone. You might feel a breeze without wind.
09:03You might feel light in your forehead, a tingling in your spine. These are sacred responses, signs that
09:10your consciousness is expanding and becoming sensitive to the divine frequencies all around
09:15you. You may even reach moments where your sense of self dissolves, where your name, your story,
09:22your identity fades. And in that emptiness, a strange fullness emerges. It feels like love, like silence,
09:31like truth itself. And you understand, not through the mind, but through the soul, that you and God
09:38are not separate. You never were. But even after such a profound experience, the world will try to
09:44pull you back. Daily life will return with its noise, its chaos, its distractions. That's why the
09:51practice must be daily. Because peace, like health, must be maintained. It's not about escaping the world.
09:58It's about carrying the divine into the world, into your job, into your relationships, into your thoughts.
10:05Eventually, your inner stillness becomes stronger than outer noise. Your faith becomes more powerful
10:12than your fear. Your presence becomes deeper than your problems. This is how the divine lives through
10:18you, not just during meditation, but in every moment of your life. There's no single method that works
10:24for everyone. Some people connect best through silent sitting, others through devotional music,
10:29others through breath, others through nature. The path is personal, but the principle
10:35is the same. Surrender. Let go of control. Let go of the constant need to analyze, to achieve,
10:42to understand. Just feel, just be. The more you release your ego, your identity, your fears, your demands,
10:50the more space you make for God to fill you. In fact, you don't need to reach God. You just need to
10:56empty yourself of what you're not. And in that emptiness, he will reveal himself, not as someone separate,
11:02but as your truest self. One enlightened soul once said, when you want only God more than anything
11:09else, not success, not comfort, not recognition, then he comes, not because you earned it, but because
11:16you're finally ready. So the next time you sit to meditate, don't come with a checklist. Don't come to
11:21ask. Come to offer. Say silently, I want nothing. I want only you. And then be still. Let your words
11:31fade. Let your breath slow. Let your being open. And then wait. Wait like the earth waits for the rain,
11:40with quiet trust, with deep readiness. And when he comes, you will know, not because the sky lights up,
11:46but because something inside you will become light itself. And that, my friend, is the real
11:52beginning. When you begin to feel that God is with you every moment, and this connection becomes steady,
11:58permanent, you are no longer the same person. Something fundamental shifts inside you.
12:04You begin to recognize that divinity, not only in silence, not only in meditation, but in every moment,
12:10in every place, in every person. And in that moment of realization, you are no longer just a seeker.
12:17You have become a participant in divine love. This is real contact, not fleeting, not conditional,
12:24but permanent, pure, and unshakable. Now comes another essential question many seekers face.
12:32How can I fulfill the duties of the world while maintaining contact with God?
12:37Do we need to abandon the world to experience divinity? Should we run away from our responsibilities?
12:44The answer is clear, no. The great spiritual master Paramhansa Yogananda taught that you do not need
12:52to leave the world. You do not need to escape your responsibilities to reach God. In fact,
12:58it is within your everyday duties, within the heart of your ordinary life, that the highest meditation can
13:04happen. Experiencing God amidst worldly chaos is not only possible, it is the truest form of spiritual
13:12practice. Your job, your family, your work, your relationships, these are not obstacles. These are sacred
13:18opportunities. Start seeing every action as divine service. Whether you are speaking to your child,
13:25managing your work, preparing food, or simply walking, all of it can be worship when done in the awareness
13:31of God. Even when surrounded by noise and distraction, you can maintain an inner stillness.
13:38This is what it means to live like a true saint, to be in the world but not of it. When every action
13:44becomes a form of meditation, the entire world transforms. Your home becomes a temple. Your work
13:50becomes prayer. Your relationships become offerings. And throughout this journey, you must cultivate two
13:56companions. Faith and patience. With each passing day, your experience will deepen. The contact will
14:04grow stronger. It may take time, but your unwavering faith will be your greatest strength. And whenever
14:11doubt or despair tries to take hold, remember this simple truth. God never abandons His devotee.
14:18Not for a single moment. He is with you. Always. You don't need to create His presence. You only need
14:27to feel it. You only need to become still enough, present enough, humble enough to receive it.
14:33So walk this path every day. Sit in meditation, not as a chore, but as an act of love. Don't fear
14:40obstacles. Instead, know that within you lies a hidden strength that is greater than any challenge.
14:46Your connection with God will never truly break because He has always lived within you. All you
14:53are doing now is learning the sacred art of feeling Him. And when you do feel Him deeply and consistently,
15:00a new state of mind begins to unfold, a state of spiritual stability. This is the stage where a deep
15:07peace settles into your soul. You feel it in every breath, in every thought, in every heartbeat.
15:13Every day as you sit in meditation, that divine energy becomes more familiar, more alive, more you.
15:22But what happens when your connection becomes stable? Does anything actually change? Yes,
15:29everything changes, but not always in the world outside. The transformation begins in how you see
15:35the world. The first and most profound shift is this. You stop searching for happiness or sorrow
15:41outside yourself. You begin to live from a place of unshakable peace, a peace that isn't false or
15:48fleeting, a happiness that isn't tied to circumstances, outcomes, or people. Because now you know the truth.
15:55Real happiness lives within. You realize that the world is not something happening to you. The world is a
16:01reflection of what's happening inside you. When you are peaceful, the world feels peaceful. When you are
16:08loving, the world becomes more lovable. Slowly, your inner lens changes. The sharp edges of anger,
16:15sorrow, and emotional storms begin to soften. You stop reacting. You begin responding. You develop a kind
16:21of inner courage and patience that once seemed impossible. This isn't suppression. It's transformation.
16:28You are no longer a prisoner of emotions. You are the sky in which emotions come and go like passing
16:35clouds. Another incredible change begins to take place. Your relationships evolve. You start
16:42understanding people you once disliked. You feel compassion where you used to feel resentment.
16:48Your love is no longer based on conditions. It becomes universal because now you see the same divine
16:54light in every person, even in those who are difficult. And when you start seeing God in others,
16:59something beautiful happens. Hatred dies. Judgment disappears. Your heart becomes a sanctuary of love.
17:05And this isn't just a personal shift. Your external life also begins to reflect this inner peace.
17:11Your home becomes more harmonious. Your relationships deepen. The people around you start to change,
17:17not because you preach to them, but because your energy becomes contagious.
17:21Your very presence begins to calm and inspire others. This is the hidden power of a true spiritual
17:27seeker. What began as a personal quest becomes a blessing for everyone around you. And then,
17:33another deep truth dawns upon you. You begin to understand the purpose of life itself.
17:39You no longer see life as a race for comfort or achievement. You see it as a journey of awakening.
17:45Every problem becomes an opportunity. Every delay becomes a lesson. You no longer live only for
17:50yourself. Your heart expands to include the well-being of all beings. You feel that your
17:56spiritual path is not just yours. It belongs to the whole world. This is when you realize that every
18:02act you perform, whether you're a parent, a teacher, a builder, or a healer, is a service to God.
18:09Your work becomes your worship. Every role you play becomes an offering. Because now you live not to
18:15fulfill your ego, but to express divine love and peace. And what you're feeling now, this is not
18:21temporary. This is permanent contact. Even when difficulties come, your peace remains. Even when
18:28storms rise, your inner silence does not break. You no longer feel alone because you know, you feel
18:34with certainty, that God is walking with you step by step, moment by moment. You are not disconnected
18:40from the world. You are a part of it, walking through it, but bathed in divine light. This is
18:47the moment when your connection becomes unbreakable. You see God in every action, in every person,
18:54in every experience. You don't just believe he is with you. You know it. You feel it. And this
19:01awareness becomes the anchor of your life. It reflects true spiritual progress. Meditation,
19:07love, love, and service. These become the foundation of everything you do. And when you reach this deep
19:13state of contact with God, your heart becomes the home of silence, sweetness, and surrender.
19:20That experience becomes so precious, so tender, that you never want to lose it. But the world continues
19:26to spin. Responsibilities still call. Noise still surrounds. Desires still tempt. If you are not fully
19:35aware, this sacred touch can begin to fade. So, in this state, awareness is everything. Meditation
19:42is no longer something you do. It becomes who you are. Every morning is no longer just a beginning
19:49of a new day. It becomes a chance for deeper dedication. When you sit in silence now, you no
19:55longer come to ask for anything. You come only to love. You no longer wait for visions or voices.
20:01You simply say, God, I am yours. However you appear, or even if you do not appear, I accept you
20:09as you are. This is the state of complete surrender. Now you no longer try to control. You begin to flow.
20:16Like a river moving steadily toward the ocean, you surrender to divine will. You no longer care about
20:22outcomes. All you desire is consciousness. His presence. His love. Nothing else. And in this
20:30surrender, something deeper awakens. The knowledge of divine will. You begin making life decisions not
20:38from your ego, but from inner clarity. You start feeling which direction to move, who to walk with,
20:45and where to focus your energy. Your ego steps back and your soul steps forward. And in that space,
20:51you no longer live your life. You live his. Now, the divine does not merely touch you. It flows through
20:59you. You are no longer just a person on a spiritual path. You become a vessel, a sacred channel for a
21:06greater intelligence. This shift marks a profound transition. What once began as a search for personal
21:12liberation now expands into something far more vast, a divine call to serve. You no longer live
21:20solely for yourself. The grace that you have received becomes a flame you must share. You no longer see
21:26suffering in people's eyes. You feel it in the quiet tremble of their soul. Your heart, softened and
21:33expanded by divine contact, becomes a shelter for all who are lost. And in that moment, the seeker becomes
21:40the servant. Not by choice, but by transformation. You stop preaching. You no longer feel the need to
21:47explain. Your silence speaks more powerfully than words. Your life itself becomes the message. You do
21:54not have to convince. Your very presence brings calm to restless minds. And in this sacred silence,
22:02something miraculous begins to unfold. The ordinary world starts to shine with divine beauty.
22:08Every leaf, every bird, every smile of a child glows with spiritual radiance. Life no longer feels like
22:16a struggle, but a sacred play, a stage prepared by the divine for you to enact your role with love
22:22and devotion. Even the concept of fear dissolves. The fear of loss, of failure, even the fear of death
22:30fades. For once you've seen the soul, once you've met God within, there is nothing left to fear.
22:36Life and death become two sides of the same truth. And your attention is no longer scattered. It settles
22:43in the constant experience of divine love. The path is no longer a destination. It is home. The search
22:49is over, because the seeker has become one with the seeking. Now, your heart becomes the temple.
22:56Your every breath is a mantra. Your very existence, a prayer. The deeper your journey goes,
23:03the more transparent your identity becomes. One day, you cross an invisible line. You no longer
23:09just experience God. You realize that there is no difference between you and that. You don't say,
23:15I saw God. You say, I am that. I am Brahman. God is no longer a distant being. Now he shines through
23:22every particle of your being, every vibration, every face you see. Not as a mystical experience,
23:28but as the pure state of consciousness itself. In this state, the mind is not empty. It is full.
23:35Not with thoughts, but with presence. All things from the earth beneath your feet to the stars above
23:42become extensions of the same living spirit. The rhythm of the universe echoes in your heart.
23:49You don't just feel your own consciousness. You begin to embody the entire cosmos. The sky,
23:55the wind, the fire, the oceans. All of it feels within you. There is no more distance,
24:03no separation, no sense of time or otherness. The seeker disappears. What remains is the awake,
24:11radiant Brahman consciousness. And the joy that arises in this union is unlike any pleasure of the senses.
24:19It is not a mood or a passing delight. It is the eternal bliss, the ever-fresh joy that saints like
24:25Yogananda spoke of. A bliss that springs from within, needing no trigger, no cause. It is the
24:31very nature of the soul. Even death loses its meaning. It is seen simply as another transformation,
24:38a continuation. You know now, you were never born, and you will never die. You are not a body,
24:45not a name, not a story. You are the still, silent soul. And even in silence your presence speaks.
24:54Even in stillness your influence spreads. You may do nothing, yet your being transforms lives.
25:00You may go unnoticed, but your light awakens others. This is the point where the seeker becomes a
25:07rishi, an awakened seer. His eyes are no longer locked on past or future. He lives in the eternal
25:13now, the living abode of God. There is no separation now. You and the divine are not two. There is only
25:20one. And in that oneness, all boundaries disappear. No religion contains you. No language defines you.
25:28No caste or tradition holds you. You become a universal soul, a Vishvatma. You see truth in
25:36every path, love in every heart. You are no longer Hindu, Muslim, Christian. You are the pure witness,
25:42the living presence. This is the Turiya state, beyond waking, dreaming, and deep sleep,
25:49the final flowering of consciousness described by the saints and sages. Now nothing is left to attain.
25:55Nothing remains to be gained. You know now, you are the goal you were seeking. There is nothing
26:01outside you. The Siddhi is your being itself. This is not fantasy, not philosophy. It is the real,
26:09living truth of your soul. To reach here, the only requirement is love. Disciplines, scriptures,
26:15mantras, they are all helpful. But in the end, it is your love, your fierce determination,
26:21and your longing for truth that carry you across the final threshold. When your longing becomes pure
26:28fire, when your love becomes unconditional, then the divine no longer waits. It comes, embraces,
26:36and dissolves you. This is where all effort ends, where the seeker and the sort become one light,
26:42one breath, one being. And in that perfect silence, when the seeker realizes he was never truly alone,
26:50a subtle blessing falls on him. He remembers, this presence was always there. Within every breath,
26:57every emotion, every pause, God was there. Now he no longer asks, he no longer needs,
27:04he simply abides in that presence, and the divine lives within him. This is self-realization.
27:10Atmasakshatkar, the final pearl in a search that has spanned lifetimes. And when this union occurs,
27:18the seeker becomes a sacred melody that awakens countless other hearts. You have been listening
27:24to the voice of inner knowing. If even a single thread of this journey has touched something within
27:30you, do not keep it hidden. Let the light pass on. In the next part of this series, we will explore
27:37how the awakened one returns to the world, and how his presence becomes an unshakable penance.
27:43Remain close to your inner depth, stay rooted in love, and continue walking soul to soul toward the
27:50divine.
