00:00Prime Minister Kamala Passat-Bissessa seems to believe it is all a fake claim and says
00:06former Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley owes the people of Trinidad and Tobago a long overdue
00:10apology. Responding to queries sent by TV6, Mrs. Passat-Bissessa says after a nearly
00:16decade of mismanagement and decline, followed by his quiet retreat into a life of retirement,
00:22Dr. Rowley re-emerged to host a press conference, only to level spurious, unfounded and inflammatory
00:27allegations. She said rather than seek a direct explanation from the TTPS, like any responsible
00:33citizen, Dr. Rowley chose to broadcast insinuations of a politically driven international spare campaign.
00:41Now that the facts are being clarified by the TTPS and the fog of sensationalism begins to lift,
00:47she says Dr. Rowley should once again summon the media to issue a full and unreserved apology to
00:54the nation. She says, quote, the people of Trinidad and Tobago deserve better than reckless conspiracy
00:59theories and baseless claims, end quote.
