00:00I look pretty shocked. Not so much that the applicant would apply, the more that
00:04they would apply under the refusal they got. It was such a strong case that it
00:08was sort of, to be honest, dead in the water. So shocked that they're proceeding
00:12with a legal case here. Different process to last time, now it's a legal case. We're
00:16bringing a mayoral minute to the next meeting, which is on Wednesday, and that
00:20will have council's next step. So we have to understand the process, understand
00:23our involvement, what they want from us, what they don't want from us, and then
00:27we'll resolve that and we'll move forward. We'll certainly make a submission, we'll
00:30certainly speak at a hearing if there is one. How much more involvement, we're not
00:34quite sure, but following the advice of that, I'll put in the mayoral minute and then
00:38everyone else goes, here's the word, disappointment. They've worked for a very
00:42long time very hard to sort of propose it, and now they just pop up, and just the way
00:46it pops up so easily into a case is what hurts the most. But they're pretty
00:51tough and brave, they'll lock in for another battle. In their views and the
00:55statements they've made previously, and we'll keep pushing it.
