The move came about, obviously, I was in Northern Ireland at Crusaders and moved there in January.
00:05
Obviously, I had a good season there. Well, half a season.
00:08
And obviously, I just wanted to come back home and obviously get a phone call from my agent and see that, obviously, Elgin are interested.
00:17
Obviously, the manager phoned me and kind of let him know his project.
00:21
And what, obviously, on last season as well, getting in the playoffs and all that, and he wants to build on that.
00:26
And hopefully bringing me in would help the team as well.
00:29
So, I'm really invested in his project and that's pretty much what brought me here.
00:33
Yeah, that was probably one of the peaks of my career, obviously, not being played football that long.
00:39
But, yeah, obviously, coming on for Hibs, winning a penalty as well at Easter Road.
00:43
That was my first game.
00:44
Obviously, I played against Aberdeen as well at Pataudry, but I played against him at Easter Road, which was my home debut.
00:49
And to come on and win a penalty and being a 6-0, which you don't really get often, it was just brilliant.
00:54
Absolutely loved it.
00:55
Yeah, there's always going to be pressure, but also there's advantages because he's had the highs of the highs and lows of the lows.
01:00
And he can tell you everything.
01:03
There's so much advice he can give you.
01:05
It's pretty much unlimited.
01:06
And it's brilliant, obviously, having him by my side is the best.
01:09
Instead of travelling up every other day from Edinburgh, obviously, that's where I'm from.
01:15
And that would be, what, four-hour journeys, four-hour back.
01:18
It wouldn't be worth it.
01:19
And, obviously, the opportunity to stay here is kind of what brought me here as well.
01:23
That opportunity to really go all in into Elgin.
01:28
That's brilliant, yeah.
01:29
Like I said, just pace and power.
01:31
Obviously, that eagerness to score goals as much as I can, always looking to go forward.
01:37
And can play through the middle, left, right, and in the 10.
01:40
So, can play me pretty much anywhere up the attacking area, which gives the manager kind of a headache of where to play me as well.
01:47
But I feel like my technical ability should be able to shine through as well.
