00:00on the pitch and look we've got two choices we're in a bad moment i don't think anyone can
00:04um you know say that we're not you know that regardless of how you dissect the nine games
00:09we're nine games without a win um so you know we've just got to own that for what it is um
00:15and take accountability and ownership for that um but you've got two choices um you can feel sorry
00:22for yourself um you can you know moan and complain and point the fingers and do this that and the
00:27next thing the same way that other people will do um and take the coward's way out and say look oh
00:32you know we'll we'll do the easy thing but i don't do easy i never have done uh for my life and you
00:38know i'm up for the fight um and we'll continue to fight um i know the work that goes in here um
00:43i know the detail that we go into um i know the players are uh fully behind what we're doing we've
00:48got a really uh close unity within the within the players and the staff and then you know that won't
00:54change we're going through a difficult moment and when we go through a difficult moment the players
00:58don't play with the fluency and the confidence um so i need to install confidence in the group when
01:03we play at home the supporters need to install confidence in the group they have a part to play
01:07as much as we do they can get behind the team um and i know it can be frustrating to do that when
01:12you're when you're losing games of football but um the noise at the start of the second half
01:16um was exceptional and then you can see the energy it gives the players you can see the confidence
01:21it starts to give the players um so that all of these things will come you know i mean i think um
01:26the the reality is you know has this club failed for 26 year you know my opinion is yes it's never
01:36got up um 26 year it's only ever been in the playoffs four times so who what right did i have to stand
01:42here craig and say we have a divine right to go and win the league we have a divine right to go and get
01:47in the playoffs we don't just expect it to happen we have to go and make it happen and that means we
01:52have to put in good performances consistent performances and winning performances we're
01:56not doing at the moment um but look i'll back those boys to the hill i know what these players
02:01have given to this football club we've put uh we've put energy and spirit and confidence and
02:07togetherness back into this club and other people might decide that enough's enough i'm gonna
02:13i'm gonna give up on it um i'm gonna give up on me i'm gonna give up on the players we're gonna go back
02:17to being negative and critical and you know say that we're not good enough that next time people
02:21can make their own opinions up that's the game that we're in you know football is a game about
02:24opinions my opinion is i've got a lot of belief in this group i've got a lot of trust in this group
02:29i'm up for the fight they're up for the fight and when we win one or two games in a row we're gonna
02:33go on a run and we'll pick up the points we need to pick up to have a good season and if we don't
02:38then there's consequences that are paid as a result of that and we know that in terms of the game that
02:41we're in and that's fine um but one thing i know for sure is that the day that i walk out of this
02:47football club whether it's in four weeks or four years i know that i've done everything in my power
02:51to try and move this club forward and that's all you can ever do and if it's not enough sometimes
02:55it's not enough um but we won't go down without a fight we won't go down without trying to put it
03:00right um and the players feel exactly the same way so um yeah we're up for it who else is up for it
03:06that's a question
