00:00I mean it's obvious when you get beats a disappointing performance of course it is but

00:04yeah look second half I thought we're okay in the game and then we give away

00:08the second goal and the reaction the second goal has to be better I mean that's we're going to

00:13lose games I think we know that but I think you know we were fine in the game in the first half I

00:17thought we were thought we're good but you know we we need better contribution out of the group

00:23collectively in order to get ourselves through this little period but you know people will

00:28moan people will complain and criticize and and all of that sort of thing but I think you know

00:33when you look at reflection and how far the clubs came in a short period of time and you know how

00:37well the players have performed this season yeah you know can't get too high when you win and don't

00:42get too low when you lose you know I've got complete faith in this group we'll stick together

00:46and we'll work hard in the training pitch and then all it takes is one result to turn the fortunes

00:51and that's what we'll focus on and we just need to be more consistent in game you know we're

00:55we're two Jekyll and Hyde at the moment um playing really well in spells and then we look

01:00full of confidence and then the second you know a bit adversity goes against us we're not dealing

01:04well with that at the moment and I think that's where the players need to take a bit ownership

01:08and you know there's experienced players on that pitch that I don't think are doing enough to

01:12um you know reorganize and and get regain control over games and but look that's just

01:18the lessons that we need to learn um and then you know we will because there's a there's a

01:23you know a good group in there and they've shown that over the course of the season so

01:26I'm not going to stand here and throw them under a bus because they've been

01:29excellent for me and for the club and they'll continue to do so in the years ahead.
