Taiwanese chip giant TSMC is facing an expanded class action lawsuit filed by more than 30 former employees at its Arizona fab. The plaintiffs allege preferential treatment towards Taiwanese employees and harassment against non-Asian workers.

00:27The company has not commented on the lawsuit.

00:30But it does say that it believes in a diverse working environment

00:32and does not consider race or nationality when hiring or recruiting.
