A Taiwan court has handed down jail sentences of up to 10 years in a high-profile case involving the theft of TSMC trade secrets. A former TSMC engineer was found guilty of recruiting staff to obtain advanced semiconductor manufacturing data intended to benefit supplier Tokyo Electron.
