Leeds United complete third summer move as Sebastiaan Bornauw arrives

00:00Leeds United have completed their third signing of the summer transfer window so far, bringing

00:05in Sebastian Borno from German side Wolfsburg. In his first interview with the club, he made

00:11clear that he knows just how big Leeds United is and is looking forward to getting started

00:16in the Premier League.

00:17Yeah, really pleased to be here, really. It's an amazing club. Premier League was always

00:23my dream. And then to play for such a big club in England and Europe, it's a dream

00:29coming through.

00:30Now, you've been playing in Germany prior to this, you've played in the top division

00:34in Germany. Is that a natural progression to come and then have a try at the top division

00:39in England as well, the Premier League?

00:41Yeah, I think so. I think the Premier League for me is the biggest league in the world.

00:45Obviously, Germany is a really strong league too, but I think as a football player we aim

00:50for the highest and I think the Premier League is the highest for me.

00:54Now, you're getting to know about Leeds United in these early stages. What do you know at

00:59this stage about the club?

01:00I know they found it in 1919. I know the stadium. I saw a lot of games because the interest was

01:06quite early, so from the end of January, I tried to see every game.

01:11And Bradford City's latest signing, Will Swan, has said that he can't feel the ambition of

01:16the club ahead of the new campaign.

01:17Yeah, like I said before, just lots of ambition and play attacking football. When they get

01:29the ball, they want to go forward. That's how I like to play as well, getting off the

01:34back of defenders. It all seemed to match up really well.

01:39You know George already from your time at Mansfield. How much does that help when you're coming

01:43to a new club, having someone that you know?

01:45Yeah, it definitely helps having a familiar face in the dressing room, someone to talk

01:50to, show you around. It makes settling in a lot easier.

01:55Had a session already as well with your teammates. What's it been like getting into a new change

01:59room again?

02:00Yeah, really good. Seemed like a great bunch of lads. Standard in training was really high.

02:09So excited to be a part of my first proper session this morning.
