00:00One of the biggest new car introductions for 2025 is the Lincoln Navigator.
00:12The Lincoln Navigator is the flagship of the Lincoln brand, and it's just been completely redesigned top to bottom.
00:19It's built on the same platform as the Ford F-150, which means it can do everything that that pickup truck can do.
00:27It can tow, it can haul, it has a ton of cargo space for passengers and for anything that you need to bring with you.
00:35It won't surprise you that inside it's incredibly luxurious.
00:39What might surprise you, though, is how innovative it is.
00:44For 2025, Lincoln has added a whole new face and a little bit more of a sculpted exterior.
00:52It still is big and boxy and has those large SUV proportions, but the new front face has a light bar that spans the front and a lighted badge.
01:03New headlights, new taillights, and new wheels.
01:09The Lincoln Navigator is powered by the largest engine that Ford builds.
01:13It's a turbo six-cylinder that delivers 440 horsepower.
01:16It's the same thing that you'll find in the high end of the Ford Expedition.
01:20It also has all the drive modes that you need, so mud, sand, snow, all the off-roading things that you might need to do in this car.
01:29You can, although with this amount of luxury, you might not really want to.
01:32For 2025, Lincoln offers three interiors in the Navigator, and each of the interiors is a full complement design with textures, colors, and fabrics that create an overall feel.
01:50Furniture is the overall design inspiration for Lincoln's interiors, and the idea is to make you feel welcome and comfortable and at home.
01:59Innovation in the Lincoln Navigator starts with the steering wheel.
02:05It's flat on top and bottom.
02:07It has these touchpads here on either side.
02:11You'll see what these touchpads are controlling over here in the screen.
02:16So you can click OK, and then you can see here are your different controls.
02:21These controls up here actually allow you to change the pedal adjustments.
02:26I can extend the pedals out or push them in.
02:30This is also where you're going to set your side mirrors and set the position of the steering wheel.
02:36Over on the left side is where you'll find Lincoln's Blue Cruise, which is hands-free driving, as well as the driver assist features.
02:44And you can also customize your driver view using this touchpad.
02:50The screen that spans the dashboard, they call it a pillar-to-pillar screen.
02:55It's not a touchscreen, but it is customizable to a degree.
03:00The three panels on the right side can be customized using the center screen.
03:04The navigation and driver display over in the center and the left are static.
03:10Those won't change.
03:11And then we have this large floating center console with this really beautiful crystal top volume controller for the multimedia system for the radio.
03:21And then we have our wireless charger there and USB ports and cup holders there right in the center.
03:31The real delight, though, is this rejuvenate mode.
03:35When you have rejuvenate mode on, it will add calming visuals on the multimedia screen and on the control screen here.
03:46Virtual scent will be piped into the cabin.
03:49Your seat will be reclined.
03:50The massager will come on.
03:52And you'll feel a cool breeze from the HVAC system, all designed to create a sanctuary inside the car.
04:01Buyers of the Lincoln Navigator have a choice of a center row bench, center row captain's chairs, or in the black label edition, you can get center row captain's chairs with a console that has controls and center row massaging seats.
04:18That is something that's nearly unheard of, even in luxury cars.
04:22The third row can also be optioned with heated and vented seats.
04:26It's another thing that is nearly unheard of.
04:30After driving this car through California for an entire day, it is impressive.
04:36It feels good.
04:37It's responsive.
04:38It doesn't feel quite as large behind the wheel as it looks like it might be.
04:43And that's a testament to the driving dynamics.
04:46Lincoln has done a really great job in engineering this car to be manageable and responsive and fun to drive.
04:56For the most part in engineering now to be in engineering with the whole town, I'll be definitely watching this
