00:00Tom Redden, we're a Redden family based here in Coonababra in New South Wales.

00:05Our operation, we're a mixed farming operation, spread across three properties.

00:09We run Australian white mews on the sheep side, Angus cattle and also trade cattle as well

00:16and then a mixed sort of cropping program as well.

00:19We also value out our business.

00:21We have a direct to plate and butcher business that we set up three or four years ago

00:26and process our own lambs and beef and have our own trucks that do that as well.
