00:09the most anticipated openings of the year. Located on Olden Barn Road, ever so slightly off the beaten

00:14track, it is a fresh and fitting addition to this area of town. It has a very modern and sleek

00:20interior with earthy tones across natural wood and leather. The huge windows allow light to flood in

00:25and light up the whole restaurant. It looks very sophisticated but has a casual undertone so it's

00:30versatile. An equally fitting option for a dressed up dinner or a laid back lunch. Between them,

00:35Corner Shop's owners have decades worth of experience working in Glasgow's hospitality scene,

00:40helping build institutions such as Grain and Grind, The Gannet, Brett and Falcon Kitchen.

00:45They understand the industry, the area and what Glaswegians want and they brought their combined

00:50expertise into this new venture and it completely shines through the food, the drink and the design.
