00:00So this is a massive pool of data to see whether or not this thing that we all worry about is

00:16AI destroying jobs is happening. And the headline is exactly the opposite. In the most AI exposed

00:23industries, what we're seeing is job growth. So we're seeing the innovation, those companies that

00:28are most exposed to AI innovation are actually creating more jobs, not less.

00:58The augmentable jobs are the ones where the AI is not likely to automate that task. Higher reasoning,

01:05more thinking, judgments, analysis that is more human analysis, management of people,

01:10physical functions. So those things today aren't quite as replaceable with AI.

01:15Not everybody has to be a PhD in algorithmic calculations. It's just understanding how

01:29this gets applied to get work done.
