00:08embark on an AI transformation in 2026.
00:12So a large number of companies are really tackling AI and the benefits and opportunities that AI provides.
00:21Now, the successful ones are really embedding AI into their thinking.
00:25They're thinking less about use cases.
00:28They're thinking less about how AI could incrementally improve one process or two processes, and they're thinking more about how
00:36can they apply AI to do different things, not just things differently.
00:41And in addition to this, CEOs are understanding very quickly that a strong data foundation is critical for them to
00:48get the benefits out of AI,
00:50with 80-plus percent of CEOs and companies realizing that the lack of data structure, the lack of data foundation
00:58is slowing down their AI initiatives and processes.
01:02And finally, I'll talk about people and the fact that the workforce needs to be ready to embrace AI.
01:10So training, making sure that the workforce is well-equipped to leverage the benefits of AI,
01:17and embarking on the change process that AI brings forward is another big part that companies who are getting the
01:26most out of their AI initiatives are tackling head-on and very early on into the process.
01:32And maybe I'll add one thing, that the ecosystem, the AI ecosystem is one that's growing by the day and
01:40companies are realizing that they cannot tackle AI initiatives of their own.
01:45So bringing in partners, bringing in alliance partners, doing joint ventures, bringing in a net new set of workforce is
01:53critical for them to land on the true benefits of AI.
