00:06This is his second visit to the region in under a year, as Beijing seeks to expand its influence
00:12mid-rising US-China trade tensions and escalating global conflicts.
00:19The summit held in Astana brings together Xi and the leaders of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
