When it comes to satisfying salads, there’s nothing quite like a homemade coleslaw with freshly chopped vegetables. In this video, Matthew Francis makes a tangy mustard coleslaw recipe that uses creamy whole grain mustard and substantially less mayo than other coleslaws.
