00:00workout. And I'm actually just watching the show on the screen right there. It's actually really
00:06enjoyable. I like to zone out while I work out because it makes it go by easier, okay? It makes
00:13it go by a little faster for me. I do listen to music sometimes, but I notice that watching stuff
00:19really does help and it gets my mind focused on one thing. That way I can just keep going.
00:24I feel like it's my ADHD brain. If I'm working out, I kind of get bored sometimes and it's
00:30like, okay, I'm done with this. But watching something definitely helps. And it was raining
00:36a lot. It started to rain in thunderstorms. So I think I have some footage of that, some
00:41like sound of that. So you guys will be able to hear it. But this is just me, you know,
00:48pumping the iron, you know, going for the gold. My outfit is very much mismatched too,
00:55I will say. But, but you know, I still look cute. She's still working it out. When I used
01:03to go to the gym a lot, I would prefer the ellipticals because I felt like they were more
01:07of a full body workout. However, I do enjoy a treadmill as well. I have a treadmill set up
01:13in the garage and everything. But when the weather is too chilly, I just do my cardio inside and I
01:19have it in my bedroom, which it makes it kind of cramped. That's the only problem is that, you know,
01:26there's a king size bed, there's two nightstands. And with this machine in the way, kind of blocks
01:31the access to the closet, which is the only thing that sucks about it. But I rather have it inside
01:39than outside because then I'd have to not use it in the wintertime because it's just so cold in the
01:44garage. So yeah, this is nice. This was, I think like $2,200. I spent like quite a bit, maybe $2,500
01:51Canadian. It was a little pricey, pricey, but I, you know, said, fuck it. Let's just get it. I'm not
01:59going to get a gym membership. Like I'm doing everything at the comfort of my own home and I
02:05don't regret it at all. I enjoy it. We'll admit though, this definitely needs to be used a bit
02:11more. And as you can see, it's a little wobbly just because it's not actually on even ground.
02:18This house is more of an older home. So, but I do have stuff underneath it to make it still,
02:23but it still wobbles a bit, but whatever. She look cute. So yes, just wanted to make it clear
02:31that if you're plus size, you can also incorporate active activity, physical activity in your daily
02:38routine. You know, don't make it, don't be afraid to do that because you're scared to look silly
02:45while working out or whatever. Just do it, you know?
02:47I wanted to share that beautiful thunderstorm with you guys. I love the sound of thunder and rain. It's
03:05just, it's just so cozy and it got really dark. So sorry about that, but enjoy it because this is my
03:12last stretch. I'm doing it really hard right now just because I'm about to wrap up the workout and
03:18I want to do it really hard. You don't want to push the limits. You can also do this like within your
03:23workout, like intervals, kind of like where you go hard, then soft, hard, soft, blah, blah, blah.
03:28So this is me. And by the way, I changed my shoes midway because the other shoes were a little bit
03:33uncomfortable and I'm like, I'm not stopping because of the shoes. So I just quickly changed my shoes.
03:38Um, and this is me just drinking some nice cold water. Body. She's skinny.
03:45And we're not done yet. I'm going to do some weights, some basic weights, like just five. They're both
03:53five pounds each. And then I just do these standard arm raises and I do this for my hanging arm fat
04:00for my hammy sammies. But I do like this one because it's like, I feel like it, I feel the burn with this.
04:07So I, I quite, I enjoy this one. It's not too bad. Um, so yeah, just doing it all. I think these are
04:13the triceps, I believe. I don't know. The anatomy, the anatomy of my butt. And I will say my ass looks
04:22like really flat here, but I think it's cause I'm like squinching it. So yeah, my ass is actually

04:32Anyways. So yeah, just doing these bicep curls for the hammy sammies. And then I'm going to go in
04:41with my protein drink. Well, actually it's not even a protein drink. It's just a smoothie. It's
04:46just a shake with blueberries, water. And I also put silk almond vanilla. I love that one.
04:54And then I also do call you'll see, but I'll do collagen and a scoop of superfood of green superfood
05:00mix. Cause I just want some more vitamins and greens in my diet. So this smoothie has
05:06it all, has all of it, all of it, all of the beautiful vitamins and nutrients that you could
05:12want. So I'm going to put that on my Ninja smoothie blender. This was a great blender.
05:18It's so loud though. Like so freaking loud. Like you guys wouldn't believe how loud it is. I
05:22have to like cover my ears or leave the kitchen while it's doing its thing. And then it also
05:27like counts down. So I like that about it because it's very techie, you know, it's a little bit
05:34advanced. So I'm living for it. Um, but yeah, you can use any blueberries. Uh, I like blueberry
05:43and banana. That's my favorite type of smoothie. Also strawberries and banana. That's good too.
05:48Mmm. So, so good. Yeah. Yes, ma'am. Look. So now is my first meal of the day. Well, I had the
05:58smoothie, but now I'm going to make a soup. I'm going to cut up Napa cabbage and one whole onion.
06:04Napa cabbage is so good in soups because it like disintegrates and it's not too chunky. If you don't
06:09like cabbage, this is a good cabbage. Cause it's like, it's nice. It's a nice cabbage. I'm going to put
06:15some sesame oil, less than a teaspoon of the chicken bouillon, some cracked pepper, some garlic
06:24powder. And then these are just like, I want to, I wanted to use this up as just like some frozen
06:29veggies. I just wanted to get rid of it cause I just wanted to add some peas and some, you know,
06:34variety. I like peas a lot. So I added some water and I'm going to use some organic miso and that also
06:41that spicy, I think it's gojujang Korean spicy, um, chili paste, just a little bit of that. So that's
06:47all you need for this dish is just a little bit of miso, some, some, uh, spicy flavor. If you like
06:54spicy flavor and I'm adding rice noodles, vermicelli or vermicelli rice noodles. And they grow, they grow
07:01a lot. And then one egg, I'm just going to drop it in like that and let it cook to fruition. Like let it
07:06cook all the way through. So good. And this is what it looks like. Such a good soup. I'm a big
07:11soup girl. I love hearty soups that are filling, but they also taste good. And you have tons of
07:19veggies in them. You can also add a protein if you want my, the egg was the protein.
