01:49university campus and I was pretty much pulling a muscle down my leg so I pretty
01:56much had like sciatica for like a month or two or even more it was it was dreadful
02:01it was absolutely dreadful so stretching can seriously help that especially when
02:09you're big like me okay so the next move that's good for your lower back and good
02:14for your glutes is pretty much back leg raises and I feel like I don't do this
02:24right but whatever you want I feel it in your glute you move up oh damn I feel the
02:47muscle breaking poised she's poised and then obviously this is the easiest little move but
03:04it does help for your butt too you want to enlarge the bluteus Maximus
