00:00Hello and welcome to What's On in Wigan. The Daft or Dreams Summer Ball is taking
00:04place at the Brick Community Stadium on Saturday June 14th. There will be a three-course meal,
00:09live music by Laura and the Sax, DJing dancing until late as well as a raffle and live auction.
00:16More details about the event are available online. Dive into Summer Farm at Maris Bridge Fest where
00:22there will be inflatable rides, delicious food, live music and so much more. It takes place on
00:28Saturday June 14th from 11am. A proper weekend party is being held to celebrate 12 years of Wigan
00:35Youth Zone. There will be bouncy castles, face painting, arts and crafts and much more. It takes
00:41place on the Saturday from 11am until 3pm. And finally, in association with Friends of Hay Woodland
00:49Park, a Trinity Girls Brass Band will be performing at Hay Hall as part of the picnic brass season.
00:54It takes place on Sunday June 15th with two performances at 1pm and 2.15pm.
