00:00Hello and welcome to What's All in Weekend. 3D Friday returns to Haywood and Park next week.
00:05There will be many of your favourite street food traders to choose from, as well as some newbies
00:10and of course the usual quality musical entertainment. It takes place on June 27th and it starts at 6pm.
00:17Why not head along to Wigan Town Centre on Saturday, June 28th for the annual Armed Forces Day
00:23community event? A chance to show your support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces
00:27community past and present. The day starts with a military parade at 11am from Mains Park heading
00:34along Main Street and Standish Gate towards Marketplace, where you will find a packed programme
00:39of forces-themed activities, music and entertainment, including a fun fair and stalls put on the right
00:45of military vehicles and displays on show. The greatest voice impersonation of Meatloak is coming
00:51to Standish Social Club. The show consists of a one-hour tribute to Meatloak followed by a second
00:56one-hour set covering the Legends of Rock. It takes place on Saturday, June 28th from
01:038pm. And finally, why not take part in a relaxed and creative afternoon painting your very own
01:09Highland Coe. Using acrylics on canvas, you will be guided step by step by an experienced
01:15artist and design teacher. No previous painting skills are needed and it takes place at the Brockett
01:20Arms on June 29th from 2pm and tickets are available online.
