00:00Hello and welcome to What's On In Rear.

00:03Festival of Everyday Creativity 2025 will be taking over

00:06Maines Park's play shack and bandstand with an exhibition

00:09by Everyday's Clay Club, fun workshops for the whole family

00:12with artists by Phelena Cajun, Claire Doyle

00:15and live music from Godfrey Pamplight

00:18and the Wigan Ukulele Club.

00:20It takes place on May 17th

00:22and the exhibitions start from 11am.

00:26Problem Child's original music festival will be taking place

00:29at the Wayfarer in Parboard on May 17th.

00:32It will showcase local talent from up and coming

00:34northern artists who they hope will appear at Glastonbury in a few years.

00:39To complement the original music, the chefs are cooking up some

00:42creative and original street food and they bow up at home

00:45to a mini beer festival with ales and lagers.

00:48It starts at 1pm.

00:51Standish Library is hosting a tea party to celebrate its 60th birthday.

00:55It takes place at the library on May 17th

00:58and runs from 2pm until 4pm.

01:01And finally, the official opening of Amphitheatre for a Tree

01:04takes place at Haywardland Park on Sunday, May 18th.

01:07There will be poems, speeches and a performance by a wooden community choir

01:11kicking off a full day of family-friendly activities from 11am.

01:15So, there will be poems as well.

01:18But, there's a lot of poems.
