How many hours execs work per week

00:00This is bad, but I never finish work. I'm always working 24-7.

00:03I'm a workaholic, so I don't stop working because I enjoy what I do.

00:07Anywhere from 60 to 80 hours a week.

00:10I don't know that I finish work psychologically.

00:13So Monday through Thursday, I invest myself in work.

00:20And then I try on a Friday to ease that off and sort of run into the weekend.

00:25If I think of just in general how much I work, period, I would say 8 to 12 every day.

00:31It's really hard to calculate because for me, work and non-work activities all mesh together.

00:37Not really thinking about balance in terms of time, but in terms of priorities and how I spend my time.
